What is the minimum order?

One full container, 20 ft or 40 ft, mixed across as many lines as you like. We do not ship part loads. The minimum per line is set per line and written into the offer.

How quickly do we get an offer?

In writing, within two working days of your list. It covers every line: ex-works price, case size, the pallet plan and the lead time for each line.

Is there a price list?

No. Prices are quoted ex-works Gaziantep, line by line, in the written offer, and only the offer is binding. Send the lines and quantities you have in mind and the offer comes back with the prices on it.

Do you send samples?

Yes, free of charge; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch and not deducted from a later order. Name the lines and the delivery address.

How does payment work?

Bank transfer only — 50% with the order, 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. We do not work with letters of credit. Bank details are on the proforma only and are never changed by e-mail.

Which currency and how long is a quotation valid?

US dollars or euros, stated on the quotation. Thirty days from the date of the quotation, unless it states otherwise.

Which delivery terms do you offer?

Prices are ex-works Gaziantep. Delivery is FCA Gaziantep or FOB Mersin; CIF to your port or DAP to your address with freight arranged by us (Incoterms® 2020). Export clearance is handled by us. Gaziantep to the port of Mersin is about three hours by road.

Which documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list per pallet, certificate of origin or A.TR movement certificate by destination, analysis report, and an aflatoxin certificate where required. The set is prepared in Gaziantep and matched to your destination.

Which certifications do you hold?

FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, HACCP, Kosher, Halal and US FDA facility registration, held for our factory in Gaziantep. Copies on request, together with the technical data sheet for every line you ask for.

Do you work with distributors and wholesalers?

Yes. We quote importers, distributors, wholesalers and buying groups on pallet quantities; the offer states the minimum per line and the container mix. We do not sell to consumers.

Can different products share one container?

Yes; that is the point of the mixed container. Different products and different case sizes are built into one load. Each line travels on its own pallet, under one packing list and one certificate of origin. Pallets are never mixed; the container is.

Outside the core range we buy in what your list needs, such as halva, instant coffee, powdered drinks, spices and fruit juice, and load it in the same container.

How does chocolate travel in summer?

Chocolate and chocolate-coated products travel at +18/+20 °C. For a mixed container in the warm months we quote a reefer; if you prefer a dry container, the temperature risk goes to you in writing before loading.

Are you a producer?

Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy, Turkish delight and regional sweets are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. Anything else on your list we source and add to the same container.

Do you do private label?

Yes. Private label is one of our core services, in the formats shown on the private-label page. Artwork is approved in writing before anything is printed, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer.
