Four things that fix the offer.

• Type — baklava block, moon bundle, cream roll, roulade, royal or Aleppo-style, and the filling.
• Coating — ground or slivered nuts, coconut, cocoa, kadayif, velvet crumb, rose petal, saffron or barberry.
• Unit — 5 kg or 2 kg inner units, or 10 kg buckets, for the deli counter.
• Quantity — cases per product, so we can plan the pallet mix.
