How a wholesale order runs — from your list to your port.
Wholesale ordering, step by step. One contact, one offer that covers every line, one container photographed before the doors close. This is what happens between your first e-mail and the container leaving Mersin.
Home / How we work

Six steps, one shipment.
Each step says what you do and what we do, so nothing waits on a question nobody asked.
Your list
Send the lines, the quantities you have in mind and the destination port. Product page references are enough to name a line; rough quantities are fine at this stage.
YouYou send the list, by e-mail or WhatsApp.WeWithin two working days you have a written offer: ex-works price per line, case size, the pallet plan and the lead time for each line.Samples
Samples come from our running production, free of charge. You cover the courier.
YouYou name the lines and the delivery address.WeWe pull the samples from production, pack them together and dispatch.Confirmation
The proforma invoice lists every line, the pallet plan and the delivery term. Payment is by bank transfer only; we do not work with letters of credit. Bank details appear on the proforma only and are never changed by e-mail. For private label, artwork is approved in writing before anything is printed.
YouYou approve the proforma and transfer 50% of the value by bank transfer.WeWe schedule production once the deposit is in.Production and collection
Your lines run in our factory in normal production; the lead time for each is the one stated in the offer. Any sourced lines are brought to our warehouse, and the container is loaded once, at our factory.
YouNothing to do while your lines are in production.WeWe check every line against the proforma as it comes in.Consolidation and loading
Different products and different case sizes are built into one load, each line on its own pallet. Pallets are never mixed; the container is. The packing list is itemised pallet by pallet, and the load is photographed pallet by pallet before the doors close.
YouYou receive the loading photographs and the packing list.WeWe load, photograph and seal the container.Documents and departure
The balance of 50% is paid by bank transfer against the loading photographs, before the container leaves; we do not work with letters of credit. Export clearance is handled by us, and one set of documents matched to your destination travels with the shipment.
YouYou transfer the balance and receive the document set.WeWe clear export and hand over FCA Gaziantep, or deliver FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP with freight arranged by us (Incoterms® 2020).

Settled with the offer, not at the port.
Chocolate and chocolate-coated products travel at +18/+20 °C. For a mixed container in the warm months we quote a reefer; if you prefer a dry container, the temperature risk goes to you in writing before loading. It is settled with the offer, not at the port; the mixed-container page explains how.
