Samples are free of charge and come from our running production, not from a showroom. You pay the courier; we pull the lines, pack them together and dispatch.

How it works
Three steps.
You name the lines
Send the product page references you want to try (AF-DR-001 and so on), the delivery address, and a contact name and phone number for the courier.
You cover the courier
The courier is at your cost and is paid before dispatch. It is not deducted from a later order.
We pack and dispatch
We pull the samples from production, pack them together and dispatch. When you have tasted them, the lines you like go into a written offer.

- Cost
- Samples are free of charge. The courier is at your cost and is paid before dispatch.
- What a sample shows
- Our running product. Minor variations in appearance between sample and delivery that do not affect the specification are not a defect; the specification is our technical data sheet issued with the quotation.
- Customs
- Import formalities and any duties on samples in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Private label
- Samples come in our standard pack. Nothing is printed with your brand before you approve the artwork in writing. How private label works →
- Chocolate
- In the container, chocolate and chocolate-coated products travel at +18/+20 °C. How temperature is handled on a mixed load →
- Then what
- A written offer within two working days of your list. From your list to your port →
