Cookies and analytics

This site uses five measurement tools. Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, counts visits. Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrica show how pages are used, which includes an anonymised replay of scrolling, mouse movement and clicks. The Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag measure which pages are read and whether anyone contacts us, so that advertising, if we ever run any, can be measured rather than guessed. For the Meta pixel the same event is also sent from our server, with your IP address and browser type, so that one visit is not counted twice.

None of them start until you accept in the small banner at the bottom of the page: before that no cookie of any kind is set, no session is recorded, and nothing is sent to Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft or Yandex. Only Google receives cookieless, aggregated signals that cannot identify you. The site has no forms, accounts or newsletter, so nothing you type is ever recorded. Your choice is kept in your browser and can be changed by clearing site data. Beyond that, the site embeds no third-party fonts or players.

Server logs and delivery

Like every website, the server that hosts these pages writes a standard access log: the IP address of the request, the time, the page requested and the browser type. The log is used only for security and error diagnosis and is kept for about thirty days.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which caches pages and filters malicious traffic. To do that, Cloudflare processes the IP address of each request under its own privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you write, call or message us, we receive what you send: your name, company, contact details, the product list you are interested in and any attachments. We use it to answer you, prepare quotations, send samples and handle shipments.

• It is shared with a producer or a freight forwarder only as far as your quotation or shipment requires, and with no one else.
• It is not sold, and it is not added to advertising or newsletter lists.
• Correspondence is kept while a quotation is open or a business relationship continues, then deleted. Records that Turkish commercial and tax law require us to keep, such as invoices and shipping documents, are kept for the statutory period.

Messages sent over WhatsApp are transmitted by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. If you prefer, use e-mail.

Legal basis

We process data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For visitors and customers in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies as well. The bases are: steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of the contract (correspondence, quotations, shipments), and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (server logs).

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of what you gave us. Write to info@antepfoods.com; we answer within the period the law allows. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you are in the EU or the UK, to your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this notice

If the site starts to collect anything beyond what is described here, this notice is updated first and the date below changes. Last updated 4 September 2026.
