Gaziantep pistachios and pistachio spread in our factory

Pistachio and nut spreads

Grey-pistachio spreads at 30% and 15%, hazelnut and cocoa spreads, in 200 g and 300 g glass jars. Labelled as Antep pistachio. Bulk pistachio nuts from Gaziantep are sourced on request.

Walnut rolls

Walnuts threaded and dipped in grape molasses, the Gaziantep churchkhela; contains no meat. Bulk and a 350 g retail box.

Fruit leather and muska

Grape-molasses fruit leather in sheets and rolls, and muska triangles folded around pistachio or hazelnut.

Pistachio paste

Ground Gaziantep pistachio pressed into rolls for the counter.

What to specify

Four things that fix the offer.

  • Spread — pistachio percentage, jar size, and whether you need the kadayif version.
  • Regional line — walnut roll, fruit leather, muska or pistachio paste, bulk or the retail box.
  • Quantity — cases per product, so we can plan the pallet mix.

Made in Gaziantep — every product on this page is made in our own factory at Başpınar OSB, Gaziantep.

Naming — we call these spreads, not creams; the technical data sheet gives the pistachio and nut percentages and the sugar content for your label.

Walnut roll — the local name translates as sausage; it is walnuts in set grape molasses and contains no meat. We say so on the paperwork.

Shelf life and storage are on the technical data sheet; spreads travel in a dry container all year.

Heat — Chocolate and chocolate-coated products travel at +18/+20 °C. For a mixed container in the warm months we quote a reefer; if you prefer a dry container, the temperature risk goes to you in writing before loading.

  • Certificates — FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, HACCP, Kosher, Halal and US FDA facility registration, held for our factory in Gaziantep. Copies on request, together with the technical data sheet for every line you ask for.
