- Label
- The mandatory information in Arabic under the Gulf labelling standard, on the pack or on a sticker, with the nutrition table and the allergen declaration. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content in Arabic and English from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Importer requirements
- The Saudi Food and Drug Authority’s import requirements and the conformity platform are handled on the importer’s side; the offer states what applies on the day and which documents we supply for it. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and lot traceability.
- Halal
- Halal certificates are held for our factory, from certifying bodies; the offer names the certificate holder and the body for every line and copies are available on request, so a list for the Saudi market is built from named lines. A line without a certificate is stated as such.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Saudi Arabia and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Giveaways and the Eid trade
- Dragées for births and weddings, mini chocolates and gift boxes for Ramadan and Eid are bought by the carton in Saudi Arabia and packed by the giveaway trade. Sugared almonds by colour, chocolate dragées in milk and dark, mini bars and wrapped confectionery are the lines that fit it; case weight per line and wrapped or loose formats are stated in the offer, and Eid ranges are quoted ahead of the season.
- Turkish chocolate in Saudi Arabia
- The Saudi shelf knows Turkish chocolate as the everyday bar and the wrapped assortment sold by the kilo. The pistachio tablet, the Dubai style bar with pistachio and kadayif, pistachio cream in jars and the pistachio lokum roll are the other end of the same country, made in Gaziantep where the pistachio grows. Most lines are available in our standard packs; on selected lines under yours.

- Sea freight from Mersin to Jeddah for Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, and to Dammam for the east; the port and the delivery term, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, are stated in the offer. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer year round on this route; Turkish delight, sugared almonds and jellies travel dry.
