Mixed dragées checked by hand in our coating hall

Almond

Chocolate-coated almonds in bulk cartons: milk, dark and white coatings, plus flavoured shells. The rough-finish pieces have a textured shell. Case weight and pieces per carton are stated per line in the offer.

Hazelnut

Whole hazelnuts, smooth or rough finish, plus a cocoa-dusted truffle style.

Pistachio, walnut and cashew

Bulk chocolate covered nuts: Gaziantep pistachio, walnut halves and cashews under sugar, milk, dark or cocoa-dust coatings.

Coffee bean and caramel

Roasted coffee beans and caramel centres, for the coffee shelf and mixes.

Sugar-coated almond

Classic sugared almonds in white and in colours, single colour or mixed, in bulk cartons. Known as Jordan almonds in the United States, confetti in Malta and Italy, and bought for the door gift and favour trade in Malaysia and Singapore. In the Nordic trade they go to the Swedish lösgodis wall and the Danish bland selv slik bin. For confectioners, favours and repacking; the minimum counts per colour.

Fruit centres

Fig, orange, raisin and jelly-cube centres under coloured or milk coatings.

Freeze-dried fruit

Whole freeze-dried strawberries and blackberries under milk, dark, white or pink coatings. Plain bulk freeze dried strawberries and freeze dried fruit bulk (uncoated) are sourced on request.

Puffed rice with popping candy, cracker mixes and biscuit centres.

Pebbles and buttons

Five things that fix the offer.

  • Centre — nut, fruit, biscuit or jelly, and the size grade where it matters.
  • Coating — milk, dark, white, sugar or coloured; smooth, rough or cocoa-dusted finish.
  • Format — bulk carton or bag for repacking, or a retail pack from the list above. For the Nordic bulk trade — storpack in Sweden, løsvægt in Denmark — state whether you need the piece weight and the count per carton, because those are the numbers the bin card runs on.
  • Quantity — cases or kilograms per product, so we can plan the pallet mix.
  • Label — language, your own artwork or plain producer packaging.

Coating composition is stated per product on the technical data sheet; where a product is coated with a compound rather than chocolate, the sheet says so.

Shelf life and storage are stated on the same sheet, together with allergens and ingredients.

Heat — Chocolate and chocolate-coated products travel at +18/+20 °C. For a mixed container in the warm months we quote a reefer; if you prefer a dry container, the temperature risk goes to you in writing before loading.
