Rates and rules change; the quotation states what applies on the day. These points do not change.
- Label
- An English label. If Turkish text stays on the pack, the required information appears in both languages. For private label we prepare the label content to US rules, including the allergen declaration, and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Producer registration
- Our factory holds an FDA food facility registration with a US agent. We state our factory's registration for every line in the offer, so your prior notice and supplier verification file carry the right facility.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between the United States and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Turkish chocolate brands
- Most lines are available in our standard packs, so an importer can start without artwork; on selected lines the same products can be made under your own label.
- Product names
- US standards of identity define names such as milk chocolate. Under private label, the name on the pack is checked against them before printing.
- Kosher and halal
- Our factory holds Kosher and Halal certificates. The certificate holder is named per line in the offer, and copies are available on request.
- Route
- Sea freight from Mersin; the port of arrival and the delivery term, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, are stated in the offer. Chocolate and chocolate-coated products travel at +18/+20 °C; for the warm months we quote a reefer.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars. Bank transfer only: 50% with the order, 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.
- Sourced on request
- Outside the core range we buy in what your list needs and load it in the same container: bulk pistachio nuts from Gaziantep, nuts and dried fruit in bulk (hazelnuts, almonds, dried apricots and figs), freeze-dried fruit in bulk, halva, instant coffee, powdered drinks, spices and fruit juice.

Our factory does, with a US agent. The registered facility is stated in the offer, and copies of our certificates are available on request.
Can you make our own brand of Turkish delight or chocolate for the US market?
Yes — private label is one of our core services. We prepare the label content to US rules, you approve the artwork in writing, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer.
What is the minimum order?
