Label

A Portuguese label with the mandatory information for the Brazilian market: the ingredient list with allergen declaration, the nutrition table, metric net quantity, storage, the best before date and the importer’s details. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.

Registration and entry

Imported food is registered or notified by the importer with the health authority before it lands, and the consignment is inspected at the port. The rules and the lists change; the offer states what applies on the day and which documents we supply for it. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and the analysis report per line.

Customs and duty

There is no free trade agreement in force between Brazil and Türkiye; the offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order. Nothing about duty is printed on this site, because it changes.

Which port

Santos, Itajaí or Suape, as your distribution needs. The offer names the port, the transshipment and the delivery term, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, together with the transit; the Atlantic leg is long, which is why the temperature question is settled with the offer.

The shelf and the gift trade

Brazil makes its own chocolate in volume, so the lines that travel are the ones it does not make: pistachio tablets from where the pistachio grows, the pistachio and kadayif bar, boxed Turkish delight, sugared almonds for favours and the pistachio cream jar.

Turkish delight and Turkish sweets

Boxed Turkish delight from Gaziantep, which Brazil knows as manjar turco, the pistachio roll and chocolate covered lokum for the delicatessen and gift shelf; the Turkish delight page lists the groups, and plain lines travel dry, which matters on a long Atlantic leg.

Dubai chocolate, from Türkiye

The pistachio and kadayif bar Brazil searched for as Dubai chocolate is made in Gaziantep too, where the pistachio grows and the kadayif is made, in retail and gift formats in our standard packs or under your brand; pistachio cream in jars travels with it.

Route and temperature

Sea freight from Mersin to Santos, Itajaí or Suape, with the transshipment port and the transit stated in the offer. The crossing is long and the destination is warm for most of the year, so chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer year round; Turkish delight, sugared almonds and jellies travel dry.

Currency and payment

Offers in US dollars. Bank transfer only: 50% with the order, 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. The banking route is agreed before the deposit and the offer states what applies on the day.

Sourced on request

Outside the core range we buy in what your list needs and load it in the same container: biscuits and wafers in bulk, sugar free Turkish delight, bulk pistachio nuts, nuts and dried fruit in bulk, halva, instant coffee and spices.
