Cases of chocolate, dragées and Turkish delight consolidated for one container in Gaziantep
Who we quote for

One container, every line, from Gaziantep.

We quote for Colombian food importers and distributors, for the wholesalers that supply supermarkets, candy shops and the imported-sweets trade by the carton, for pastry and bakery supply houses, and for brands that want chocolate, dragées or Turkish delight made under their own name. The wholesale searches here, dulces al por mayor and distribuidor de dulces al por mayor, are answered by Colombian distributors with their own warehouses; we sit one step upstream of them, at the import. If you are looking for chocolate importers in Colombia that carry Turkish lines, the pistachio and kadayif bar the shelf searches as chocolate de Dubai, boxed Turkish delight, sugared almonds for the favour trade, or the pistachio spread searched as crema de pistacho, this is what we quote for. The unit of sale is one full container, mixed across as many lines as you like.

Everything on this site is made in Gaziantep, in our own factory. That is what lets one container carry five product groups, and lets us check a lot before it is packed and photograph the pallets before the doors close. The offer says line by line whether a coating is chocolate or a vegetable-fat compound, because on this shelf the two sit side by side and are not the same product.

We supply direct from our own factory in Gaziantep, the city we work in.

  • Food importers and distributors that supply supermarkets, candy wholesalers and regional distributors in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla and the Caribbean coast
  • Confectionery wholesalers that sell chocolate, jelly sweets, dragées and wrapped sweets by the carton to shops and the imported-candy trade
  • Pastry and bakery supply houses that buy coating and filling by the kilo, where the first question is whether the line is chocolate or compound
  • Brands and own-label buyers that want a line made under their own name, with the Spanish label content prepared before printing

Colombia notes

What stays the same on every offer.

Rates and rules change; the quotation states what applies on the day. These points do not change.

Label
A Spanish label with the mandatory information for the Colombian market: the ingredient list with the allergen declaration, the nutrition table, metric net contents, storage, the lot, the expiry date and the importer's name and address. Colombia also asks for front-of-pack warning seals on packs high in added sugar, sodium or saturated fat, so which seals a line carries follows from its own composition; we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and nothing is printed before you approve the artwork. The rules and the thresholds change, and the importer's regulatory adviser confirms what applies on the day.
Sanitary registration and entry
Imported food is registered or notified with the health authority, INVIMA, on the importer's side before it lands, and the consignment is checked on entry. The registration is held by the importer, not by us. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and the analysis report per line, which is what the file needs.
Customs and duty
The import declaration is filed by your customs agent, and the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order. Any domestic tax on the line is your adviser's call. Nothing about duty or tax is printed on this site, because it changes.
Route, port and the climb inland
Cartagena for the Caribbean side and for the road to Bogotá and Medellín, Buenaventura through the canal if your distribution sits in Cali and the Pacific south. The offer names the port, the transshipment and the delivery term, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, together with the transit. The container lands hot on the coast while Bogotá is cool at altitude, so the temperature question is about the port and the first stretch of road, not the shelf at the far end: chocolate lines are quoted in a reefer, and the cool chain inland is agreed with your carrier before loading.
Certificates
Food safety and quality certificates are held for our factory and named line by line in the offer with the analysis report; halal and kosher documents likewise. We do not put a certificate on a line that does not have one.
What goes in the container
One full container, mixed across as many lines as you like, each line on its own pallet so the warehouse can split it without opening cartons. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines travel in a reefer in the hot months; Turkish delight, sugared almonds and jelly sweets travel dry, and both can go in the same container. Payment is 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs; offers are in US dollars.
What Colombia already makes, and what travels
Colombia grows cocoa and makes its own chocolate in volume, so the lines that earn their freight are the ones it does not make: pistachio tablets from where the pistachio grows, the pistachio and kadayif bar searched here as chocolate de Dubai, boxed Turkish delight, sugared almonds for the favour trade and the pistachio spread the shelf calls crema de pistacho. Imported sweets already have their own shelf here, which is where those lines sit.
Couverture, and what is sourced on request
Cobertura de chocolate is one of the biggest product searches in this market, and it belongs to the pastry channel rather than to the retail box. Couverture and bulk chocolate by the kilo are sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting, and the offer says whether the line is chocolate or a vegetable-fat compound. The same applies to raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa and empty packaging: sourced on request, confirmed before quoting.

Private label chocolate and confectionery for Colombian brands

Looking for a private label chocolate manufacturer for a Colombian brand, a pistachio bar under your own name, or a dragée line for the favour trade? We put our own lines under your name: tablets, bars, dragées in doypacks, gift boxes, Turkish delight boxes and jars, with the Spanish label content prepared from our technical data sheet and nothing printed before you approve it.

Questions

Asked before the first list.

Do you work with importers in Colombia?

We quote for food importers, distributors, wholesalers and private-label brands in Colombia. Send the product references, the quantities you have in mind and the port; the written offer follows within two working days, in US dollars.

Which port does the container go to?

Cartagena for the Caribbean side and the road inland to Bogotá and Medellín, or Buenaventura through the canal for Cali and the Pacific south. The offer names the port, the transshipment and the delivery term, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, together with the transit.

What does the importer have to register?

Imported food is registered or notified with the health authority, INVIMA, on the importer's side before it lands, and the registration stays with the importer. From our side the file gets the technical data sheet, our certificates and the analysis report per line, and the offer states what applies on the day.

Does the label need the front-of-pack warning seals?

That follows from the composition of each line, so it is settled line by line rather than for the container. We prepare the Spanish label content from our technical data sheet, your regulatory adviser confirms the seals that apply on the day, and nothing is printed before you approve the artwork.

Is the container a reefer?

For chocolate and chocolate-coated lines in the hot months, yes, because the container lands on a hot coast even when the shelf is in cool Bogotá; Turkish delight, sugared almonds and jelly sweets travel dry, and both can travel in one container.

Can you supply couverture or bulk chocolate by the kilo?

Couverture and bulk chocolate are sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting, and the offer says whether the line is chocolate or a vegetable-fat compound. It loads in the same container as the retail lines.

Do you have the pistachio bar the market searches as chocolate de Dubai?

The pistachio and kadayif bar is made in Gaziantep, where the pistachio grows and the kadayif is made, in retail and gift formats in our standard packs or under yours; the pistachio spread in jars, searched as crema de pistacho, travels with it.

Is Antep Foods a chocolate manufacturer in Türkiye?

Yes. Antep Foods is a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, exporting since 2002. Production takes place in our own factory; certificates and data sheets are issued for our factory. Wholesale only; prices come in a written offer, not on the site.
