- Label
- Spanish is the working language of the market and the label is prepared in Spanish; Portuguese and French are also official, and we prepare the content in whichever of them the importer needs. It carries the product name, the ingredient list with the allergen declaration, the nutrition table, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates, the country of origin and the importer’s details. For private label we prepare the content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Import licence and entry
- The importer holds the licence and the registration on its side, and food consignments are inspected on entry. The offer states what applies on the day and which documents we supply for it: the technical data sheet per product, our certificates, the health certificate and the analysis report per line.
- Buying at origin instead of through third markets
- The shelf is supplied largely through Cameroon, Spain and the regional trade. One container direct from Gaziantep removes that step: the same shelf lines, quoted at origin, with the technical data sheet and the analysis report per line in the file.
- Breadth over depth
- One container does not have to be one product. Mix it across chocolate, dragées, Turkish delight, confectionery and pistachio lines; the minimum per line and the case weight are stated in the offer, so a single shipment covers a shelf rather than one reference.
- Temperature
- The route is long and the destination is warm and humid year round. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer; Turkish delight, sugared almonds, jellies and pistachio products travel dry, and both can share one container.
- Ports
- Malabo for Bioko, Bata for the mainland. The offer names the port, the transshipment and the delivery term, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, together with the transit.
- Dubai chocolate, from Türkiye
- The pistachio and kadayif bar sold as Dubai chocolate is made in Gaziantep too, where the pistachio grows and the kadayif is made, in retail and gift formats in our standard packs or under your brand; pistachio cream in jars travels with it.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars. Bank transfer only: 50% with the order, 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. The banking route is agreed before the deposit, and the offer states what applies on the day.
- Sourced on request
- Outside the core range we buy in what your list needs and load it in the same container: biscuits and wafers in bulk, sugar free Turkish delight, bulk pistachio nuts, nuts and dried fruit in bulk, halva, instant coffee and spices.
