- Label
- An Arabic label to the Gulf standard, with English alongside if you want it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the importer’s name and address, and the production and expiry dates printed on the pack in production rather than on a sticker. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack carries; for private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Halal
- Lines with ingredients of animal origin, gelatine in jellies above all, travel with our halal certificate, and the offer names the certifying body per line so the importer can check that the Kuwaiti authority recognises it before ordering. Lines without such ingredients are stated as such on the data sheet.
- Customs and entry
- Kuwait applies the Gulf common customs tariff and there is no free trade agreement between Kuwait and Türkiye; the offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day. The importer holds the commercial licence and the registration with the food authority; consignments are checked at the port, and our certificates and the analysis report per line travel with the container. The unit of sale is one full container, mixed across lines. A wholesaler or a chocolate house that fills one is quoted like an importer, with the commercial licence and food-authority registration on its side; a smaller buyer takes cartons from the importer that brings the container in.
Are the dates printed on the pack?
Yes. Production and expiry dates are printed on the pack in production, as the Gulf standard asks, not added on a sticker. The label content per line is confirmed before the deposit.
Is everything halal?
Not automatically, and we do not make a blanket claim. Our Halal certificate is held for our factory; the offer states per line which lines it covers and which body issued it, with copies on request, and says plainly where a line is not certified.
Can you make our own brand for the Kuwaiti market?
Yes — private label is one of our core services. We prepare the Arabic label content to the Gulf standard, you approve the artwork in writing, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer.
What is the minimum order?
