Turkish confectionery, lokum, Dubai-style bars and dragées for Lithuanian importers
One mixed container from Gaziantep, Türkiye, into Lithuania: lokum at the pistachio end, Dubai-style bars, chocolate dragées and sugared almonds by colour, and bulk cartons for the wholesale trade — with the label content prepared in Lithuanian.

One container, every line, from Gaziantep.
Lithuania imports about 239 million dollars of chocolate a year and roughly 95 million of sugar confectionery. Poland, Germany and Belgium carry the volume; Türkiye is the ninth source of chocolate with about 2.8 per cent.
The useful number is not the share but the unit value. Türkiye's chocolate arrives at about 10.48 dollars a kilo against a Turkish world average nearer 5.57 — this is not the cheap end of the shelf. What travels here is the pistachio and kadayıf end, not a commodity tablet.
The category is already proved on the shelf: the Dubai-style bar is listed by Lithuanian retailers and the wholesale trade carries Turkish lines. The opening is supply to those buyers, in the formats they already sell.
We supply direct from our own factory in Gaziantep, the city we work in.
- Importers and distributors adding a Turkish line to an existing confectionery list.
- Wholesalers supplying independent grocers and the weighed counter, who buy in bulk cartons.
- Turkish and oriental food shops that already sell the category and want a direct container.
- Retail chains taking the Dubai-style bar and gift boxes as a seasonal or permanent listing.
- Own-brand buyers who want the same lines under their own label.
Six lines, mixed to your list.
Each line travels on its own pallet; the container is mixed. Outside the core range we source on request and load it in the same shipment.

What stays the same on every offer.
Rates and rules change; the quotation states what applies on the day. These points do not change.
- Entry and the framework
- Türkiye and the EU are in a customs union, so the movement certificate that travels with the load is the A.TR; the offer names it per line together with the customs tariff heading. Rates and rules change, and the quotation states what applies on the day it is issued.
- The label is Lithuanian
- The mandatory particulars are in Lithuanian under the EU food information rules — food name, ingredients with allergens emphasised, net weight, storage, lot and the details of the company placing the goods on the market. We supply our technical data sheet per line as the ground for it; the importer or your labelling office signs it off.
- Where Türkiye sits
- Ninth source of chocolate at about 2.8 per cent and eleventh in sugar confectionery at about 2.2 per cent, on Lithuania's own import figures. Poland alone carries about 29 per cent of the chocolate. The Turkish position is small in volume and high in unit value, which is the position this range is built for.
- The Dubai-style bar is already listed
- Lithuanian retailers list it by name, so the category needs no introduction. What the container adds is the supply side: the bar in real chocolate with pistachio cream and crisp kadayıf, produced in Gaziantep where both the pistachio and the kadayıf are everyday items, in retail packs and in bulk cartons.
- What the jar is called
- Lithuanian buyers search for it as «pistacijų kremas» — literally pistachio cream — and that is the term on the shelf. On the label we write it as a spread rather than a cream, because what is in the jar contains sugar and oil and is not a hundred-per-cent pastry paste. The offer names both: the search term you will recognise, and the food name that goes on the pack.
- Search is small, trade is real
- Measured Lithuanian search for the B2B terms is modest — the large local volumes are home-baking and recipe queries, not buying intent. This page is written from the trade figures and the shelf, not from search volume.
- Who the label names
- The company that first places the goods on the EU market is named on the pack. That is the importer, not the exporter; the certificates are issued for our factory.
- Coating and what may be called chocolate
- A vegetable-fat glaze is not chocolate and may not be labelled as such in the EU. The offer says line by line which one the item carries, and the technical data sheet states it in writing before anything goes to print.
- Temperature and the season
- Chocolate lines travel at +18/+20 °C and need a reefer in the hot months; in a dry container that risk passes to the buyer in writing before loading. Lokum, dragées and jellied lines go dry all year, so a first order can be built around the season.
- Halal and kosher
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep; copies are available on request.
- Outside the range
- Couverture, bulk chocolate by the kilo, raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa, empty packaging, baklava, halva and tahini are sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting.
Private label chocolate and confectionery for Lithuanian brands
The same lines under your own name, with the label content prepared in Lithuanian and the minimum counted per line.
Private label for Lithuanian brands →Asked before the first list.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
What is the minimum?
Set per line and stated in the offer. The unit of production is the line, not the container, so a first order can carry several lines at modest volumes in one mixed load.
Do you prepare the Lithuanian label?
We prepare the content in Lithuanian from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredients with allergens emphasised, net weight, storage and the manufacturer's details. Your labelling office or the importer signs it off, and nothing goes to print without written approval.
What paperwork travels with the load?
The A.TR movement certificate, the commercial invoice, the packing list by pallet, the batch analysis report and our technical data sheet per line; health, halal and kosher certificates. The offer names the customs tariff heading per line.
Can we start with samples?
Yes, and most first orders do. Send the lines you want to see and the destination; samples travel by courier and the proforma follows once the list is settled.
How is the container built?
Each line on its own pallet under a single packing list, split by temperature group so the chocolate lines can travel cool while the dry lines fill the rest of the load.
How long does it take?
The lead time is stated in the offer, and counted from the deposit and from your written approval of the artwork — not from the first enquiry.
Is Antep Foods a chocolate manufacturer in Türkiye?
Yes. Antep Foods is a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, exporting since 2002. Production takes place in our own factory; certificates and data sheets are issued for our factory. Wholesale only; prices come in a written offer, not on the site.
