Turkish confectionery, Dubai-style bars, lokum and dragées for importers and wholesalers in Russia
One mixed container from Gaziantep, Türkiye, into Russia: pistachio and kadayıf bars, lokum, chocolate dragées and sugared almonds by colour, confectionery in bulk cartons and pistachio spread in jars — with the label content prepared in Russian and the minimum counted per line.

One container, every line, from Gaziantep.
Russia is one of the larger destinations for Turkish confectionery, and the position is not marginal. On the most recent year for which partner countries report their exports, Russia took around five hundred and ninety million dollars of chocolate from abroad and roughly two hundred and thirty-five million dollars of sugar confectionery. Türkiye was the sixth source of chocolate at about seven per cent, and the third source of sugar confectionery at over twelve per cent, behind only China and Germany.
Those figures come from mirror data — the exports other countries report to Russia — because Russia has not published its own customs statistics since 2022. Mirror data understates: suppliers that do not report at all are missing from it. Read it as a ranking rather than a total.
What that means for a first order is simple enough. The confectionery side is where Turkish goods are already established and where the shelf knows the category; the chocolate side is entered with the lines the domestic industry does not run — the bar with pistachio and kadayıf, lokum with whole pistachio, dragées sorted by colour and calibre.
We supply direct from our own factory in Gaziantep, the city we work in.
- Food importers and distributors that clear their own entries and supply retail chains, ho.re.ca. and specialist shops, buying several lines on one packing list.
- Кондитерские изделия wholesalers and cash-and-carry buying by the carton, with bulk jellies, popping candy and dragées for the weighed counter.
- The бонбоньерка trade — the wedding-favour makers and gift studios that buy dragées wholesale, sorted by colour and calibre, and assemble the favour themselves.
- Oriental and Turkish grocery — the shops people look for by name — a channel that already moves lokum, baklava and pistachio products, and buys both retail packs and bulk cartons for the counter.
- Russian brands and retailers that want the same products under their own name — the route is set out on the private label page.
Six lines, mixed to your list.

What stays the same on every offer.
Rates and rules change; the quotation states what applies on the day. These points do not change.
- Entry and the framework
- Russia is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, so imported food meets the Union's technical regulations on food safety and on labelling, and carries the EAC conformity mark. The declaration of conformity is held on the importing side. We supply the ground for it per line — our technical data sheet, the ingredient list and allergens, net weight and the customs tariff heading. Rates and lists change; the offer states what applies on the day.
- The label is Russian
- What goes on the pack is decided by the company that first places the goods on the market, and the mandatory particulars are in Russian. We prepare the content from our technical data sheet; your labelling office or your own team signs it off.
- Wedding favours are a wholesale category here
- Бонбоньерка is one of the largest commercial searches we measured in Russian, and the results are not consumer pages — they are wholesale-to-order suppliers. The line that fits is the dragée: sugared almonds and chocolate dragées in bulk cartons, sorted by colour and by calibre. We supply the carton that fills the favour, not the finished favour; the tulle, the box and the ribbon are assembled on your side. Colours and calibres are confirmed per line before we quote, and the minimum is per line, so a first order can carry three or four colours.
- Sweets sold by weight
- A large part of the Russian confectionery counter is sold loose, by weight, rather than in retail packs. For that shelf the lines that fit are gelled sweets, popping candy, chocolate dragées and sugared almonds, and bulk lokum — all in bulk cartons rather than retail units. The offer gives the case size, the inner unit and the pallet plan per line, because those are the numbers the counter and the warehouse work with. The same line can travel in both formats in one container: bulk cartons for the loose counter and retail packs for the shelf.
- Dubai-style bars and pistachio
- The bar is pistachio spread with crisp kadayıf in a coating. Both of those come from Gaziantep, which is why the line is a current item in our production rather than a novelty run. The offer states the pistachio percentage per line and whether the coating is chocolate or a cocoa glaze.
- Paste or spread
- Russian search for фисташковая паста is led by the pastry trade, sold by the kilo to confectioners — a hundred-per-cent unsweetened paste. That is not what we run. Our jar is a sweetened spread for the shelf. The hundred-per-cent pastry paste is sourced on request, with composition and format confirmed before quoting. We mention the searched name because that is how buyers find it, and correct it in the offer.
- What the general wholesale terms return
- Searches like «шоколад оптом» and «кондитерские изделия оптом» are held by domestic distributors with their own warehouses, and competing for those words would be beside the point. What the domestic trade does not run is the pistachio and kadayıf end, and that is where a Turkish container earns its place.
- Much of the biggest demand is recipe intent
- «Пахлава» is among the largest food searches in Russian and the results are recipe collections rather than buyers. Baklava is in any case outside our standing range and is sourced on request.
- Who the label names
- The address on the pack is yours, not ours. Certificates — food safety, halal and kosher — are held for our factory; copies are available on request. A line without a certificate is named as such.
- Coating and what may be called chocolate
- A vegetable-fat glaze is not the same product as chocolate, and the difference is invisible in a photograph. We state which it is per line and the technical data sheet says so before anything goes to print — it decides what the pack may call itself.
- Temperature and the season
- Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines travel at +18/+20 °C. For a mixed container in the warm months we offer a reefer; if you prefer a dry container the temperature risk passes to you, in writing, before loading. Lokum, sugared almonds and jellies travel dry all year, so the offer states the regime per group rather than for the load as a whole.
- Halal and kosher
- We name the issuing body and the scheme per line, and the copy is available on request. The certificate is held for our factory. A line without one is named as such rather than covered by a general claim.
- Outside the range
- Couverture, bulk chocolate by the kilo, raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa, empty packaging, baklava, halva and tahini sit outside our standing range. They are sourced on request: we take your specification to production, confirm composition and format, and come back with what can actually be supplied — or a clear no. Either answer comes in writing within two working days.
Private label chocolate and confectionery for Russian brands
The same lines under your own name, with the label content prepared in Russian from our technical data sheet, and minimums stated per line.
Private label for Russian brands →Asked before the first list.
Do you work with importers and wholesalers in Russia?
Yes — food importers and distributors, кондитерские изделия wholesalers and cash-and-carry, the бонбоньерка trade, oriental and Turkish grocery, and Russian brands wanting their own label. Tell us which you are and the offer is built for that shelf.
Where does Türkiye sit in Russian imports?
On mirror data for the most recent year, sixth in chocolate at about seven per cent and third in sugar confectionery at over twelve per cent. Russia has not published its own customs statistics since 2022, so those figures come from what other countries report exporting; read them as a ranking rather than a total.
Can you supply dragées for бонбоньерка work?
Yes, in bulk cartons sorted by colour and calibre — sugared almonds and chocolate dragées. We supply the carton, not the assembled favour: the tulle, box and ribbon are put together on your side. The minimum is per line, so one order can carry several colours.
Do you supply sweets for the loose, by-weight counter?
Yes — gelled sweets, popping candy, chocolate dragées and sugared almonds, and bulk lokum, in bulk cartons rather than retail units. The offer states the case size, the inner unit and the pallet plan per line, and the same line can also travel in retail packs in the same container.
Is the pistachio jar a paste or a spread?
A spread. The hundred-per-cent unsweetened pastry paste that the confectionery trade buys by the kilo is a different product and is not part of our standing range; it is sourced on request. The name is settled in the offer and on the label before anything is printed.
Do you supply baklava, tahini or halva?
Not as part of the standing range, and they are among the largest searches here, so it is worth being clear. They are sourced on request: we confirm composition and format before quoting.
How does the load travel in summer?
Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines travel at +18/+20 °C. In the warm months we offer a reefer; with a dry container the temperature risk passes to the buyer, in writing, before loading. Lokum, sugared almonds and jellies travel dry all year.
What is the minimum and how is it paid?
The sales unit is a full container or trailer and we do not ship partial loads, but the minimum is counted per line, so one load can carry six or seven lines in modest quantities. Payment is half with the order and half before the container leaves, against loading photographs.
Is Antep Foods a chocolate manufacturer in Türkiye?
Yes. Antep Foods is a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, exporting since 2002. Production takes place in our own factory; certificates and data sheets are issued for our factory. Wholesale only; prices come in a written offer, not on the site.
