Private label chocolate and confectionery from Gaziantep, under a Botswana brand

Tablets, bars, dragées, printed gift boxes, Turkish delight and spreads in jars, produced in Gaziantep and packed under your own brand. The label content is prepared in English from our technical data sheet, your artwork is checked against it, and the print run starts only after you approve it in writing.

Chocolate tablet, chocolate bar, dragée doypack, children’s chocolate and pistachio spread packs carrying a private-label front
The other route

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.

When nearly every pack on a shelf arrives from the same place, a distributor spends its money building someone else's brand. You take the risk, you hold the stock, you carry the debtor — and the name the shopper remembers belongs to a factory in another country. A private-label run is the least expensive way out of that: the same categories, made in our factory in Gaziantep, in a wrapper with your name and a barcode you control, ordered when you decide to order rather than when a regional warehouse decides to release it.

We are the manufacturer and exporter. Our factory is in Gaziantep; we arrange the run, prepare the label content, check the lot before packing, consolidate the pallets and load one container that can mix your own-label lines with lines in our standard packs. What stays yours to decide is the line, the format, the case weight, the label and the minimum, and each of those is written into the offer before anything is made. Because the country has no seaport, the offer also names the port of entry, the delivery term and who carries the inland leg.

Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.

Formats

Five formats, one container.

Tablets, bars and wafersMilk, dark and pistachio tablets, wrapped bars, wafers and compound-coated lines in your wrapper. Chocolate and compound are named separately on the data sheet, on the pack and in the price list, and never swapped for one another. If you are aiming at the thick filled bar that the local search keeps asking for, name the filling and the bar weight and we check what we can actually run.Dragées and coated nutsSugared almonds, chocolate dragées and coated nuts in bulk cartons, kilo bags and printed doypacks under your brand. Colour is a production run of its own, so the minimum is stated per colour and per line in the offer rather than averaged across the order.Gift and occasion boxesPrinted retail boxes and mini-bar assortments for the festive season, for weddings and for corporate gifting, with your artwork on the sleeve and on the box. Seasonal runs are booked ahead of the season, because the printed packaging rather than the chocolate is what sets the pace.Turkish delight, boxed and by the kiloBoxed lokum, pistachio rolls and chocolate-covered Turkish delight under your name, in retail boxes for the shelf or kilo cartons for a counter. If your shelf carries no Turkish delight today, this is usually where a first own-label run starts, because it is the part of the range a competitor cannot simply import in the same pack.Spreads in jarsPistachio and cocoa spreads in glass jars with your label, quoted per jar size, with our declared composition on the technical data sheet. Glass adds weight and breakage risk on a journey that ends overland, so the case pack and the pallet pattern are agreed before the run rather than after the first claim.
How it works

Nothing printed before you approve.

  1. 01

    Lines, formats and case weights

You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format you have in mind. We confirm which of them can be run under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you are aiming at. Anything we cannot confirm is left out of the offer instead of promised into it.

  2. 02

    Label content in English

We prepare the content from our technical data sheet: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage conditions, the importer's name and address, and the fields for the production and expiry dates we print on the pack. Every figure comes from the data sheet.

  3. 03

    Artwork and approval

You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and against what the pack can physically carry — panel sizes, barcode placement, the window for the date code — and you approve the final file in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval, and the approved file is what we run.

  4. 04

Production, loading and the inland leg

We run the line, check the lot before packing, consolidate and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves: a reefer for chocolate lines through the warm months, dry for Turkish delight, dragées and jellies. Because the journey ends overland, the offer names the port of entry, the delivery term and the inland leg alongside the document set for entry and the certificates that apply per line.

The honest part

What to know before the first list.

Label, in English
English carries the mandatory information: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage conditions, the importer's name and address, and the date marking. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries; for own-label lines we prepare the content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork against it before anything is printed. One discipline we do not bend: a line coated in vegetable fat is named a compound or a glaze on the data sheet, on the pack and in the price list, never chocolate. In the European Union such a coating may not be labelled as chocolate at all, and we keep the two words apart on every route for the same reason — a buyer who finds out at the shelf finds out too late.
The customs file, and what the importer holds
The origin document and the rules that apply are named in the offer in the form valid on the day, rather than guessed at on this page. Preference arrangements and duty treatment change, and a figure printed here would be out of date before it was useful; your clearing agent is the one who confirms it for the consignment in front of them. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates, the analysis report per line. Certificates — food safety, halal and kosher where they exist — are issued for our factory, and we name the holder and the certifying body per line. The import registration and the entry of the consignment stay with the importer.
Minimums
Set per line and stated in the offer, because a printed tablet, a dragée colour and a boxed Turkish delight do not share one figure. The unit of sale is one full container, and your own-label lines can travel with lines in our standard packs so that a first run does not have to fill the box by itself.
Certificates
Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), halal and kosher certificates. We name the holder and the certifying body per line, and copies are available on request. We do not describe a certificate we do not hold.
Samples
Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch. Samples come off the running line, so what you taste is what the run makes.
Lead time
Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork, not from the first enquiry. Printed packaging is usually what sets the pace, which is why the artwork step is closed before production is booked.
What the label may not say
A vegetable-fat coating is a compound or a glaze and is labelled as one; in the European Union it may not be called chocolate at all, and we hold the same line wherever the container goes. We will not print chocolate on a pack that is not chocolate, whatever the brief says, and it is the one point on which we will hold up an artwork approval.
Brand and artwork
Your brand and your artwork stay yours. We run what you approved, the packaging is printed for your order, and we do not offer your artwork or your product brief to another buyer.
Currency and payment
Offers in US dollars. Bank transfer: a deposit with the order and the balance before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. The split, the banking route and the document set are written into the offer and agreed before production starts.
Questions

Asked by brands first.

Are you the manufacturer?

Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.

Why put our own brand on it in a market this size?

Because the shelf is concentrated. When nearly everything arrives from one source in the same packs, the only thing left to compete on is price, and the shop next door is importing the identical carton. A pack in your name is the part of the range a competitor cannot import around, and it is what decides whether the reorder comes back to you.

Who prepares the label?

We prepare the content in English from our technical data sheet. You place it in your artwork, add the importer's details, and approve the final version in writing before anything is printed.

What is the minimum?

It is set per line and written into the offer, because it differs between a printed tablet, a dragée colour and a boxed Turkish delight. We do not publish a single figure on this page, since a number that is wrong for your line is worse than no number at all.

Can you match a format we already sell — a filled bar, or an eclair-style toffee?

Sometimes, and we check rather than assume. Name the filling, the piece or bar weight, the wrap and the case pack, and we confirm which Gaziantep line comes closest and whether it can be run under your brand. If none can, we say so and source it on request instead.

Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?

Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
