You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and which registration the line needs for Egypt.

Label content
We prepare the Arabic label content, with English alongside if you want it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the importer’s name and address, and the fields for the production and expiry dates we print on the pack. The data comes from our technical data sheet.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the movement certificate, the document set for the Egyptian entry and the advance cargo number you file.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- An Arabic label, with English alongside if you want it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the importer’s name and address, and the production and expiry dates printed on the pack in production rather than on a sticker. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack carries; for private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Free trade and customs
- There is a free trade agreement in force between Türkiye and Egypt, and the goods travel with the movement certificate it provides for. The offer states the tariff line for each product and what applies to it on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order; nothing about duty is printed on this site, because it changes.
- Registration and the single window
- Egypt asks the importer to be registered with the food safety authority, to file the advance cargo information on the customs single window before the container is loaded, and, for the products on the import control authority’s list, for the producer’s factory or the brand owner to be registered with that authority. The offer states which lines our registration for Egypt covers, and lists every line; our certificates and the analysis report per line travel with the container.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Registration
- For products on the import control authority’s list, our factory or the brand owner is registered with that authority; the offer states whether our factory holds the registration for Egypt, which lines it covers, and what an own-brand line needs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Does an own-brand line need registration in Egypt?
For products on the import control authority’s list, yes: our factory or the brand owner is registered. The offer states what each line needs before the deposit.
Who prepares the label?
We prepare the Arabic label content from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing. The dates are printed on the pack in production.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
