Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
For a classic Finnish tablet, a salmiakki line or a chocolate the shelf already knows, a Nordic co-packer is the shortest answer, and the names here are strong. If that is the route you are on, we are not pitching against it.
We are the other route: the lines a domestic co-packer does not run — pistachio and kadayıf bars, chocolate dragées, lokum, and bulk cartons for the pick-and-mix wall — made in Gaziantep under your own name, in one mixed container.
The order of work matters. The label content in Finnish and Swedish is prepared from our technical data sheet before any artwork goes to print, because a bilingual pack is where a Finnish listing is won or lost.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm what is actually runnable, and what the minimum is per line.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the content in Finnish and Swedish from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredients with allergens emphasised, nutrition per 100 g, net quantity — and you place it in your artwork.
- 03
Approval in writing
Nothing goes to print until you approve the artwork in writing. The lead time is counted from the deposit and from that approval, not from the enquiry.
- 04
Production and loading
The lines are produced, loaded in one mixed container and photographed with the doors open before departure.
What to know before the first list.
- Entry and the trade agreement
- Finland is in the EU and Türkiye is in the EU–Türkiye customs union, so processed confectionery under chapters 17 and 18 moves on an A.TR movement certificate rather than a free-trade origin proof. The offer states the tariff line and what applies on the day; we do not publish duty figures, because they change.
- The label is bilingual
- This is the point that costs the most when it is left late. Packaged food sold in Finland carries the mandatory particulars in Finnish and Swedish — both are national languages — alongside the EU food information rules: the ingredient list with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity and the best-before date. A unilingual municipality can be an exception, but a national listing is planned bilingually.
- Who the label names
- The name and EU address of the food business operator responsible for the information is the importer's, not ours. The Finnish Food Authority (Ruokavirasto) supervises food information and Finnish Customs (Tulli) handles the entry; the registrations sit with the party established in Finland.
- Coating and what may be called chocolate
- A vegetable-fat coating cannot be labelled chocolate in the EU. We state per line whether it is chocolate or a compound coating, and the technical data sheet says so before anything is printed.
- Halal and kosher
- Certificates are held for our factory; copies are available on request. We do not claim a certificate for a line it does not cover.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of production is the line, not the container, so a mixed load can carry several own-brand lines at once.
- The label is bilingual
- Finnish and Swedish are both national languages and a national listing is planned in both. We prepare the mandatory particulars in both languages from our data sheet; the responsible food business operator named on the pack is you, with a Finnish or EU address.
- Product names
- The name on the pack is checked before printing. A vegetable-fat coating cannot be called chocolate in the EU, and the pistachio jar is a spread, not a confectioner's paste, however it is searched.
- Certificates
- Issued for our factory; copies are available on request, together with the analysis report and the technical data sheet. We do not publish certificate numbers and we do not claim a certificate for a line it does not cover.
- Entry
- An A.TR movement certificate under the EU–Türkiye customs union; the offer states the tariff line and what applies on the day.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Do you prepare the Finnish and Swedish label text?
Yes. We prepare the mandatory content in both languages from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredient list with allergens emphasised, nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, best-before date — and you place it in your artwork and approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval.
What is the minimum for an own-brand line?
It is set per line and stated in the offer, because the unit of production is the line and not the container. A mixed container can carry several own-brand lines at once, which is how a first own-brand order usually starts.
Can we start with your standard packs and move to our own brand later?
That is the usual path. Most lines are available in our standard packs, so a first container can go out with a name the shelf already knows while the artwork and the bilingual label content are prepared for the own-brand run.
How long does it take?
The lead time is counted from the deposit and from written approval of the artwork, and it is stated in the offer per line. We do not publish a standing figure, because it depends on the line and on our current production.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
