A Ghanaian brand that searches for a private label chocolate manufacturer finds the country’s own cocoa processors first, and for a cocoa bar that is the right answer. We are the other route: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to Tema with the registration documents per line.
The difference is what the cocoa country does not make, in one shipment. A Ghanaian brand can launch an own-brand toffee or wafer for the wholesale trade, sugared almonds and chocolate dragées in its own colours for the wedding shops, a pistachio tablet and a Turkish delight box for the gift shelf together, from our own factory, on one order and one set of documents. Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you have in mind.

Label content and registration
We prepare the English label content with the space for the registration number: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the importer’s name and address; and we supply the free sale certificate, the certificate of analysis and the data sheet the registration needs. The data comes from our technical data sheet.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set for the Ghanaian entry.
What to know before the first list.
- Product registration
- Ghana asks every imported food product to be registered with the food and drugs authority by the importer or its local agent before it is brought in, and the standards authority’s conformity assessment applies where the line falls under it. The importer holds the registration; we supply what the application needs, the free sale certificate, the certificate of analysis, the technical data sheet and the label content, and the offer states what each line needs. Registration runs before the deposit and is not counted in the lead time.
- Label
- An English label: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates, the name and address of the importer and the space for the registration number. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Customs
- Ghana applies the West African common external tariff and there is no free trade agreement between Ghana and Türkiye; the offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order. Our certificates and the analysis report travel with the container.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Registration
- An own-brand line is registered by the importer like any other; we supply the documents, and the offer states what each line needs. Registration runs before the deposit and is not counted in the lead time.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details and the registration number, and approve the final version in writing.
Chocolate or compound for our brand?
That depends on the shelf. A provision store with no cooling asks for a compound-coated line; a supermarket shelf takes chocolate in a reefer. The offer states which is which per line, and both can travel in one container.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
