You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

Label content
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet under the Indian food authority’s rules: ingredients and allergens, the nutrition table, the vegetarian or non-vegetarian mark, metric net quantity, storage and best-before wording; the importer adds its licence number, the retail price and the month of import.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set and the certificates the Indian entry asks for.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- The Indian importer’s label under the food authority’s labelling rules: the ingredient list and allergens, the nutrition table, the vegetarian or non-vegetarian mark, metric net quantity, and the importer’s name, address and licence number, with the retail price and the month of import added by the importer. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between India and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order; nothing about duty is printed here, because it changes.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork; Diwali packs are ordered ahead of the season.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the Indian label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet under the food authority’s rules; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s licence number, the retail price and the month of import, and approve the final version in writing.
Are the products vegetarian?
Chocolate, sugared almonds and starch-set Turkish delight usually are by recipe; jellies and some glazes may not be. The data sheet states it per product and the mark is placed before printing.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
