Home / Private label / Libya

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
A Libyan importer or a brand that searches for a private label chocolate manufacturer usually wants a line for the everyday shelf under its own name, a wafer or a wrapped bar that tolerates the heat and sells on price, and often a dragée line in its own colours for the wedding trade. We are the route for both: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to Misrata, Benghazi, Khoms or Tripoli.
The difference is the range and the origin in one shipment. A Libyan brand can launch a wafer and a wrapped bar for the everyday shelf, a pistachio tablet for the supermarket, sugared almonds and chocolate dragées in its own colours, a Turkish delight box and a pistachio cream jar together, from our own factory, on one order and one set of documents, with the dates printed on every pack. The question at the end is the same: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is in the offer.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you have in mind.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the Arabic label content, with English alongside if you want it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the importer’s name and address, and the fields for the production and expiry dates we print on the pack. The data comes from our technical data sheet.
- 03
Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.
- 04
Production and shipping
We run the line, the conformity inspection is done where the line needs it, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set for the Libyan entry.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- An Arabic label, with English alongside if you want it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the importer’s name and address, and the production and expiry dates printed on the pack in production rather than on a sticker. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack carries; for private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Halal
- Lines with ingredients of animal origin, gelatine in jellies above all, travel with our halal certificate, and the offer names the certifying body per line. Lines without such ingredients are stated as such on the data sheet.
- Conformity and entry
- Imported food is checked against the Libyan standard, and a pre-shipment conformity certificate is required for the products that fall under the programme in force. The importer holds the import licence and the registration; we arrange the inspection with the appointed agency where it applies, and the offer states what each line needs and what applies on the day, because the requirements change. Our certificates, the technical data sheet and the analysis report per line travel with the container.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement in force between Libya and Türkiye; the offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder and the certifying body are named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. The offer states the banking route that applies on the day.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the label?
We prepare the Arabic label content from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing. The dates are printed on the pack in production.
Chocolate or compound for our brand?
That depends on the shelf. A shop with no cooling asks for a compound-coated line; a supermarket takes chocolate in a reefer. The offer states which is which per line, and both can travel in one container.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
Send the list. We do the rest.
Send your product list with approximate quantities and the destination port. You get one offer covering every line, then one container, loaded and photographed before the doors close.
