We are the other route: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to Port Klang, with the origin proof the Malaysia–Türkiye trade agreement asks for.
The difference is the range and the origin in one shipment. A Malaysian brand can launch a pistachio tablet made where the pistachio grows, dragées for door gifts, a Turkish delight box and a pistachio cream jar together, from our own factory, on one order and one set of documents, with the halal certificate holder and body named per line. The question at the end is the same: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is in the offer.

Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

Label content and the halal file
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet, in English or Malay: ingredients and allergens, the nutrition information panel where required, metric net quantity, storage and best-before wording, and the importer’s details; the halal certificate and the certifying body per line go into the same file.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set, the origin proof and the certificates the Malaysian entry asks for.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- An English or Malay label with the ingredient list and allergens, the nutrition information panel where required, metric net quantity and the importer’s name and address in Malaysia. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Import registration
- The importer registers with the health ministry’s food safety division and clears the goods under the food import rules at Port Klang, Penang or Johor; the offer states what applies on the day and which documents we supply. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and lot traceability.
- Halal
- Malaysia asks for halal by certifying body, and the Malaysian halal authority recognises foreign bodies by name. Halal certificates are held for our factory; the offer names the holder and the body for every line and copies are available on request, so recognition can be checked before ordering. A line without a certificate is stated as such.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety and Halal certificates, with the certifying body named so recognition can be checked. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork; Hari Raya packs are ordered ahead of the season.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the label for Malaysia?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet, in English or Malay; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing.
Are the lines halal certified?
Many are, for our factory, with the certifying body named per line in the offer so recognition by the Malaysian authority can be checked. A line without a certificate is stated as such.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
