You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

Label content
We prepare the label content in English or French, or both: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the importer’s name and address. The data comes from our technical data sheet.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the movement certificate under the free trade agreement and the document set for the Mauritian entry.
What to know before the first list.
- Free trade and customs
- There is a free trade agreement in force between Mauritius and Türkiye, and the goods travel with the movement certificate it provides for. The offer states the tariff line for each product and what applies to it on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order; nothing about duty is printed on this site, because it changes.
- Entry and label
- The importer holds the import permit where the line needs one and is registered with the food safety authority; consignments are checked at Port Louis, and our certificates and the analysis report per line travel with the container. The label is in English or French, or both: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the importer’s name and address. For private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed. Every line is specified in the offer.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can a hotel group order a gift line under its own name?
Yes, on selected lines: tablets, boxes and turndown formats under your brand, with the label content in English or French. The minimum per line is stated in the offer.
Who prepares the label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet in English or French; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
