Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Mexican brands
Chocolate tablets and bars, dragée doypacks and pyramid boxes, confectionery sachets, 350 g lokum boxes and pistachio spread jars, made in Gaziantep under your brand. We prepare the Spanish label content from our technical data sheet, with the front-of-pack warning seals where the product’s profile calls for them. Nothing is printed before you approve the artwork in writing.
Home / Private label / Mexico

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
Marca propia is a familiar route in Mexico, and so is the local maquila that serves it: a Mexican brand or a chain that wants gummies, hard candy or a plain milk tablet under its own name can have them made at home. What the local co-packer cannot give it is origin. The pistachio and kadayif bar that Mexico looks up as chocolate de Dubái, pistachio spread in a jar, boxed lokum, dragées and sugared almonds are made where the pistachio and the kadayif are — and that is where we are. Antep Foods is a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye: we put their lines under your name and load the container for Veracruz or Manzanillo.
The second difference is width in one shipment. From our own factory, on one order and one set of documents, a Mexican brand can launch a pistachio tablet, a Dubai style bar, dragées in its own colours for the favour trade, a 350 g lokum box and a pistachio spread jar together — the unit of sale is one full container, each line on its own pallet with its own carton count, so the first order is not limited to a single product and your branded lines can travel beside lines in our standard packs. The Spanish label content is prepared before anything is printed, and the two questions a brand always ends on are answered in writing: who makes it, and what the minimum is. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is set per line and stated in the offer.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Line and minimum
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you have in mind. It comes back in writing.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the Spanish label content to the Mexican labelling rules: the name of the food, the ingredient list with the allergen declaration, the nutrition table, metric net quantity, lot and date marking, country of origin and the importer’s name and address, plus the front-of-pack warning seals where the product’s profile calls for them. The data comes from our technical data sheet. No threshold, figure or date is printed on this site, because they change.
- 03
Artwork approval
You send the arte final. We check it against the label content — that the seal area on the front panel is left clear, that the name of the food matches the composition, that the importer’s block is complete — and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.
- 04
Production and loading
We run your lines in our factory; we check and photograph the pallets before the doors close. Your branded goods travel in the same container as the rest of your list, each line on its own pallet, in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set and the analysis report per line for entry at Veracruz or Manzanillo.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- A Spanish label to the Mexican labelling standard, the NOM rules: the ingredient list with the allergen declaration, the nutrition table, metric net quantity, lot and date marking, country of origin and the importer’s name and address. Sugar confectionery also sits inside the front-of-pack warning seal regime, so the artwork carries the seals where the product’s profile calls for them. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed. No threshold, figure or date is printed on this site, because they change.
- Registration and entry
- Imported food is handled with the health authority, COFEPRIS, on the importer’s side: the registration, the import notice and the formalities at the point of entry belong to your licence, not ours. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our documents and the analysis report per line. The offer states which documents we supply and what applies on the day.
- Customs and duty
- There is no free trade agreement in force between Mexico and Türkiye, so nothing arrives on preferential paper: the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order. Nothing about duty or tax is printed on this site, because it changes.
- Certificates
- Certificates are held for our factory — food safety and quality systems, and halal on the certified lines. We do not print certificate numbers on this site. The offer states our certificates, and the certificates and the analysis report go with the shipping documents.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer. The unit of sale is one full container, each line on its own pallet with its own carton count, so a first order is not limited to one product: your own lines can share the load with lines in our standard packs.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork. The printing of your packaging sits inside that window, which is why the artwork approval is the date that moves everything else.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety and quality systems, and halal on the certified lines. We do not print certificate numbers on this site. The holder and the certifying body are named per line and copies are available on request.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. The offer states the banking route and the delivery term, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, that apply on the day.
- Label, seals and registration
- The Spanish label follows the Mexican labelling standard, and sugar confectionery sits inside the front-of-pack warning seal regime, so the seals belong on the artwork where the product’s profile calls for them — design the brand block around them from the start. On the authority side, the health registration, the import notice and the formalities at entry are handled by the importer, with COFEPRIS, on your licence. From us you receive the technical data sheet per product, our documents and the analysis report per line. No threshold, figure or date is published here, because they change.
- Route, temperature and duty
- Sea freight from Mersin: Veracruz for Mexico City, the centre and the east, Manzanillo when your distribution runs from the Pacific side and the Bajío. The crossing is long and the inland leg is warm for most of the year, so chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer through the hot months, while lokum, dragées and jellies travel dry — both can share one container. There is no free trade agreement in force between Mexico and Türkiye, so nothing arrives on preferential paper: the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day.
- The other route
- If what you need is chocolate a granel or cobertura by the kilo for the pastry trade, raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa or empty packaging, that is outside our own range: it is sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting. The mayoreo and a granel searches themselves belong to Mexico’s own distributors and dulcerías — we are not trying to take their place, we are the import line behind the shelf they cannot fill locally.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Who prepares the Spanish label and the warning seals?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet, to the Mexican labelling rules, including the seals where the product’s profile calls for them. You place it in your arte final, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing. No threshold or figure is published on this site, because they change.
Can our brand share a container with other lines?
Yes. The unit of sale is one full container, each line on its own pallet with its own carton count, so your branded lines can travel with lines in our standard packs in the same load. The minimum per line is stated in the offer.
Is the coating chocolate or compound, and what can we call it?
It depends on the line, and the offer says so line by line. A vegetable-fat coating is not chocolate and cannot be named as chocolate on the pack; the name of the food on the label follows the composition in our technical data sheet, not the word that sells best.
Can we order dragées in our own colours for the mesa de dulces?
Yes, on selected lines: we run the colours you name and the doypacks, pyramids or boxes carry your brand. The minimum per colour and per line is stated in the offer.
Can you make chocolate a granel or cobertura under our brand?
That is outside our own range. Bulk chocolate, couverture, raw nuts, dried fruit and empty packaging are sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting, and they can travel in the same container as your branded lines.
Who handles COFEPRIS and the customs side?
The importer, on your licence: the registration, the import notice and the formalities at Veracruz or Manzanillo. From our side you receive the technical data sheet, our documents and the analysis report per line, and the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
Send the list. We do the rest.
Send your product list with approximate quantities and the destination port. You get one offer covering every line, then one container, loaded and photographed before the doors close.
