Distributors, souvenir companies and retailers in Nigeria that want an own-brand chocolate or confectionery line usually look at mainland Asian factories first, on price. We are the other route: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name, preparing the documents the Nigerian product registration asks for, and shipping the container to Lagos.
The difference is the range and the origin in one shipment. A Nigerian brand can launch a pistachio tablet, a wrapped everyday bar, dragées for wedding souvenirs and a Turkish delight box together, from our own factory, on one order and one set of documents, with the halal certificate holder named per line. You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

Label content and registration documents
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet: ingredients and allergens, the nutrition table, metric net quantity, storage and best-before wording, the importer’s details and the space for the registration number; the free sale certificate, certificate of analysis and authorisation letter per line go into the same file.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set the Nigerian entry asks for.
What to know before the first list.
- Product registration
- Every imported food product is registered with the Nigerian food and drug authority by the importer before it is shipped, and the registration number goes on the label. We supply the documents that registration asks for, the free sale certificate, the certificate of analysis, the authorisation letter and the technical data sheet, named per line in the offer; the offer states what applies on the day. Every line is specified in the offer.
- Label
- An English label with the ingredient list and allergens, the nutrition table, metric net quantity, the registration number and the importer’s name and address. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Nigeria and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order; nothing about duty or the exchange rate is printed here, because both change.
- Halal
- Halal certificates are held for our factory; the offer names the certificate holder and the body for every line and copies are available on request, which matters for Kano and the north. A line without a certificate is stated as such.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety and Halal certificates, and the free sale certificate and certificate of analysis the registration asks for. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork; the registration on the importer’s side is not counted in it and is started first.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the label and the registration documents?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and collect the registration documents per line; you file the registration, place the content in your artwork and approve the final version in writing.
Are the lines halal certified?
Many are, for our factory, with the certifying body named per line in the offer. A line without a certificate is stated as such.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
