A Trinidadian brand or a distributor that searches for a private label chocolate manufacturer usually wants a dragée line in its own colours for the wedding and festival trade, a tablet or a gift box under its own name for the supermarket and the islands, and the certainty that the registration will pass. You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

Label content and registration
We prepare the English label content to the national standard: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the importer’s name and address; and we supply the data sheet, the certificates and the analysis report the registration needs. The data comes from our technical data sheet.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set for the Trinidadian entry.
What to know before the first list.
- Registration and entry
- Imported food is registered with the food and drugs division by the importer before it is brought in, and the importer holds the import permit where the line needs one. We supply what the registration needs, the technical data sheet, our certificates and the analysis report per line. Registration runs before the deposit and is not counted in the lead time.
- Label
- An English label to the national standard: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the name and address of the importer. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack carries; for private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Customs
- Trinidad and Tobago applies the Caribbean common external tariff and there is no free trade agreement between Trinidad and Tobago and Türkiye; the offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Registration
- An own-brand line is registered by the importer like any other; we supply the documents, and the offer states what each line needs. Registration runs before the deposit and is not counted in the lead time.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing.
Can the dragées come in our colours?
Yes, on selected lines: we run the colours you name and the cartons or boxes carry your brand. The minimum per colour is stated in the offer.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
