Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Venezuelan brands

Tablet and bar boxes, doypacks and pyramid boxes, 350 g lokum boxes, sachets and pistachio spread jars made in Gaziantep under your brand, loaded for Puerto Cabello or La Guaira. We prepare the Spanish label content from our technical data sheet, so the printed pack and the importer’s registration file say the same thing. Nothing is printed before you approve the artwork in writing.

The other route

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.

A Venezuelan brand, a bodegón chain or a wholesaler that wants its own name on a chocolate line starts from a shelf that is import-fed and priced in dollars. A co-packer inside the country still buys its cocoa, its coating fat, its foil and its cartons abroad, so an own-brand run does not stop being an import job; it only moves where the importing happens, and it moves it onto a line that has to be kept running. We are the other route: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and loading one container for Puerto Cabello or La Guaira.

The difference is breadth in one shipment. A wafer or a wrapped bar for the wholesale shelf that reads the price first, dragées in your colours for weddings, baptisms and the December table, a 350 g lokum box for the bodegón gift shelf, a pistachio tablet and the Dubai-style pistachio and kadayıf bar the shelf keeps asking for, and pistachio spread in jars — from our own factory, on one order, one set of documents, one container. Your own lines ride in the same container as lines in our standard packs, so a first order is not one product in bulk. After that, two things set the timetable rather than the price: the Spanish label content has to match what the importer files on the Venezuelan side, and the money has to arrive, which on this route is the part that needs the most planning.

Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.

How it works

Nothing printed before you approve.

  1. 01

    Line and minimum

You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can run under your brand, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you have in mind. The minimum is set per line and stated in the offer.

  2. 02

    Label content

We prepare the Spanish label content from our technical data sheet: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the importer’s name and address, and the fields for the production and expiry dates we print on the pack. We fix the wording at this stage, because the printed pack and the file the importer holds on the Venezuelan side have to say the same thing.

  3. 03

    Artwork approval

You place the content in your arte final; we check it against the label content, line by line, and you approve the final version in writing. Nothing is printed before that written approval — not a wrapper, not a box, not a jar label.

  4. 04

    Production and loading

We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin for Puerto Cabello or La Guaira, in a reefer for chocolate and chocolate-coated lines year round on this route. The second payment is due against those loading photographs, before the doors close.

The honest part

What to know before the first list.

Label
A Spanish label for Venezuela: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates printed on the pack in production, and the importer’s name and address. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries; for private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed. We fix the wording early, because the registration file and the printed pack have to say the same thing.
Registration and entry
Imported food enters against a health registration and the permits the line needs on the Venezuelan side, and the importer is the party that holds them. What we supply for that file travels with the offer: the technical data sheet per line, the ingredient breakdown, the storage and shelf-life statement, the analysis report and the certificate of free sale where it is asked for. The offer states what applies to each line on the day.
Customs
There is no free trade agreement in force between Venezuela and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order. Nothing about duty is printed on this site, because it changes.
Certificates
Our certificates are named per line in the offer, with copies on request; the analysis report and the data sheet travel with the container. We do not print certificate numbers on this site and we do not claim a certificate our factory does not hold; if your registration file or your buyer asks for a specific document, ask before the order and we confirm in writing.
Minimums
Set per line and stated in the offer. The unit of sale is one full container, mixed and panasajed: your own lines travel with lines in our standard packs, so a private-label line does not have to fill the container on its own, and a first order is not limited to one product.
Lead time
Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork, not from the enquiry. Add the sea transit and the clearance on top of it. For the December shelf, count backwards from the date you want the cartons in the warehouse.
Certificates
Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder and the certifying body are named per line and copies are available on request. We print no certificate numbers on this site and claim no certificate our factory does not hold; if your file asks for a specific document, ask before the order and we confirm in writing.
Currency and payment
Offers in US dollars. Bank transfer only: 50% with the order, 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. Moving the money is the part of this trade that needs the most planning here — correspondent banking into and out of Venezuela is limited, and many importers settle from an account held outside the country. Tell us at the offer stage where the payment will come from and in whose name; the offer states the banking route that applies on the day. Production starts when the first transfer has arrived, and that waiting time belongs in your delivery date.
Label and the importer’s file
Imported food enters against a health registration on the Venezuelan side, and the importer is the party that holds it. What we supply for that file travels with the offer: the technical data sheet per line, the ingredient breakdown, the storage and shelf-life statement and the analysis report. This is why the Spanish wording is fixed before artwork rather than after — changing the wording once the wrapper is printed means printing again.
The other route
Compare us with a co-packer inside the country on two counts, not on price alone: what a local line can actually source in the month you need it, and how many different products one order can carry. Our answer to the second is one container with five product groups in it. Our answer to the first is production at origin — the pistachio, the kadayıf and the lokum are made where we load, not brought in to be made.
Outside our own range
Couverture and bulk chocolate by the kilo for panaderías and pastry shops, nougat-type turrón for the Christmas table, raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa and empty packaging are outside our own range: sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting. If it clears, it loads in the same container as your own-brand lines. Duty is treated the same way: the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, and nothing about duty is printed on this site.
Questions

Asked by brands first.

Are you the manufacturer?

Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.

Can we start with one product under our brand?

The unit of sale is one full container, but it is panasajed: your own-brand line travels in the same container as lines in our standard packs. So a first order can be one private-label wafer or one lokum box plus a working assortment, rather than one product in bulk.

Who prepares the Spanish label, and how does it reach the importer’s file?

We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet; you place it in your arte final, add the importer’s name and address, and approve the final version in writing. The same data sheet, ingredient breakdown, storage statement and analysis report go to the importer for the registration file, so the pack and the file match from the start.

How is payment handled, given the banking restrictions?

Bank transfer only, in US dollars: 50% with the order, 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. Correspondent banking into and out of Venezuela is limited and many buyers settle from an account held outside the country, so tell us at the offer stage where the payment will come from and in whose name. The offer states the banking route that applies on the day, and production starts when the first transfer has arrived.

Can you make turrón or cobertura under our brand?

Nougat-type turrón and couverture or bulk chocolate by the kilo are outside our own range: sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting. What we do run under your brand is the tablet, the bar, the dragée, the lokum box, the sachet and the pistachio spread jar.

Is our line real chocolate or compound?

Both exist, for different shelves and different prices, and the offer states line by line which one you are buying. A vegetable-fat coating is not called chocolate on the pack, in the label content or in our paperwork, so the wrapper you print and the shelf you sell to agree with each other.

Can we put the Dubai-style bar under our own name?

Yes, on our own lines, in retail and gift formats. The pistachio and the kadayıf are made in Gaziantep where we load, and the bar can travel with pistachio tablets and pistachio spread jars in the same container. The minimum per line and the lead time are stated in the offer.

Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?

Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
