A first container is a sequence of decisions, not a catalogue

A first container is not a catalogue with a lid on it. It is a short sequence of decisions: which lines earn a pallet, which format each one travels in, what the carton carries, what the offer states, and what is confirmed before a deposit is paid. In that order, the second container is a repeatrather than a rebuild.

Start at the shelf and count backwards

The container is the last decision; the shelf is the first. In French, 1,606 raw phrases left 23 above the counting threshold, about 980 searches a month, and the only on-range product signal inside that is dragées: the word itself at 110 a month, the wedding-guest phrase at 90, the same wedding request in four spellings at 70 each.

Most of the English volume is fresh pastry — eclairs at 320, pain au chocolat at 170, profiteroles at 140 — baked locally, and no container carries them. So the first box is built around what travels, which here starts with the shelf that moves on a calendar.

Which lines earn a pallet

The range is chocolate tablets and bars, dragées and coated nuts, Turkish delight, wrapped confectionery and spreads in jars. A first container usually carries fewer lines than the opening list suggests: a few with depth behind them reorder, while a long list one carton deep mostly sits.

Everything outside that range — couverture, bulk chocolate by the kilo, raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa, baklava, halva and tahini — is sourced on request: we confirm composition and format before quoting, and a line that cannot be confirmed stays out of the offer.

Format is a second decision, taken line by line

One product is several offers depending on the pack. The same dragée travels loose in a kilo carton, in a doypack for a self-service shelf, or in a printed box for a gift and a wedding table. Each format carries its own pieces per carton, case weight and minimum, so two prices compare only once the format is written beside the line.

Colour belongs to the same decision: a colour is a production run rather than a picking choice, so the minimum and the lead time per colour are stated per line, and seasonal quantities are quoted ahead of the season.

What fills the box, and what the carton says

Here the crop leaves in sacks and the finished pack arrives in cartons: about 7,957,605 US dollars of chocolate and about 7,248,278 of sugar confectionery on the 2024 figures this country declared itself. The second movement is the one a container carries.

Inside, the lines do not behave alike. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer through the warm months, while Turkish delight, dragées, jellies and wrapped confectionery travel dry, and both share the container. Each carton carries its pack, net weight, case weight and producer; the loading is photographed.

What the offer states before anyone pays

The offer covers every line, with the technical data sheet and the analysis report behind it; certificates are issued for our factory, so the holder and the certifying body arenamed. The origin document and the applicable rules are named as they stand on the day.

Label content is prepared in French, and nothing is printed for an own-label line before you approve the artwork. One word does not move: a coating made with vegetable fat is a compound or a glaze on the sheet and in the price list, and in the European Union it cannot be labelled chocolate. The jar line is a spread.

Confirm these, then ask for the container

Before a deposit changes hands, four things belong in writing: composition and format for any line sourced on request; the minimum and lead time per colour; whose brand each pack carries; and the delivery term, quoted FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, with Mersin about three hours from our factory by road.

Send the lines you want priced with a format against each, an indicative quantity and the delivery point, and ask for the offer in writing. One container carries several lines on one order and one document set (mixed container), so a first order can test four shelves instead of one (how we work).

How many lines should a first container carry?

Fewer than the opening list usually contains. Depth sells: a few lines with enough cartons behind them turn and reorder, while a long list one carton deep mostly sits. Send the whole list anyway, with a format and an indicative quantity against each line, and the written offer shows what each one costs per carton before you decide which of them earns the pallet.

Can wedding dragées and chocolate travel in the same container?

Yes. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer through the warm months, while Turkish delight, dragées, jellies and wrapped confectionery travel dry, and both can share one box. Colour is the part that needs time rather than space: a colour is a production run, so the minimum per colour and the lead time are stated per line, and seasonal quantities are quoted ahead of the season.

What has to be confirmed before we place a first order?

Composition and format for any line sourced on request, the minimum and lead time per colour, whose brand each pack carries, the point of entry and the place you unload, and the delivery term. From our side the offer carries the technical data sheet, the analysis report and the certificates issued for our factory; lines with gelatine travel with our halal certificate where yourfile needs it.

How to order

Send the list. We do the rest.

Send your product list with approximate quantities and the destination port. You get one offer covering every line, then one container, loaded and photographed before the doors close.
