The chain
A provision store, a supermarket or a party pack packer buys from a sweets and biscuits wholesaler in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Ibadan or Port Harcourt; the wholesaler buys from a distributor or imports; the distributor imports containers into Lagos. That is the link we quote: a distributor or a wholesale house filling one mixed container from Gaziantep, each line on its own pallet, with the product registration handled before the deposit and the halal certificate per line named for the north. Kano and the north are served from Lagos by road, which adds days on a warm truck and favours the dry lines.
What fits the shelf
Nigeria buys sweets on price and on shelf life, and the shelf is warm. Wrapped sweets and jellies in bulk cartons, the everyday wrapped bar and the kilo assortment, wafers and biscuits sourced on request, and chocolate dragées and sugared almonds for the souvenir and party pack trade. Compound-coated lines tolerate the shelf better than real chocolate and are stated as such on the offer; the chocolate or compound article explains the difference. The confectionery page and the chocolate page list the lines.
Price by the carton
Chocolate wholesale price in Nigeria, foreign chocolate wholesale Nigeria: the trade searches by price, and the price it needs is the landed one. The offer states the price per line, the case count, the pallet plan and the tariff line; nothing about duty or the exchange rate is printed on this site, because both change and the offer does not. The importer knows the landed cost before ordering and the wholesaler knows its margin before the container arrives.
Halal, for the north
Kano and the north ask for halal first. Our certificates are held for our factory; the offer names the holder and the certifying body for every line and attaches copies; lines without a certificate are stated as such. The halal article explains what a certifier checks in confectionery.
What to send first
The lines from the product pages, the quantity per line, the port, and whether the list must be halal-certified. The written offer follows within two working days, in US dollars, with the registration documents named per line; the samples page explains how to taste the lines first, and the Nigeria page lists what stays the same on every offer.
Do you sell to provision stores directly?
The unit of sale is one full container. A wholesale house that imports can buy it; a store buys from its wholesaler, and we quote the wholesaler or the distributor.
Which lines survive a warm shelf?
Wrapped sweets, jellies, sugared almonds and Turkish delight travel and store dry; compound-coated chocolate tolerates heat better than real chocolate and is stated as such on the offer.
Do you print prices?
No. The offer states the price per line with the case count and the pallet plan; nothing on this site changes with the exchange rate, the duty or the season.
