- Label
- An English label to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code: the ingredient list with allergens declared in plain English, the nutrition information panel, metric net quantity, the country of origin statement for an imported food, and the name and address of the Australian importer. For private label we prepare the label content to those rules and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Imported food inspection and biosecurity
- Imported food in Australia is inspected under the imported food inspection scheme, and biosecurity import conditions apply to products with dairy, nuts and dried fruit in them, which covers most of this site. The importer checks the conditions for each line before ordering; what that check needs from our side, our technical data sheet with the origin of the dairy ingredients and lot traceability, travels with the offer; certificate copies are available on request. Every line is specified in the offer.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Australia and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.

- Bulk lollies

Is Turkish delight gluten free?
Plain starch-set lokum contains no wheat by recipe; kadayif-coated and some biscuit-style pieces do. Our data sheet states it per product and is what the label is built from.
Can you make our own brand of Turkish delight or chocolate for the Australian market?
Yes — private label is one of our core services. We prepare the label content to the Food Standards Code, you approve the artwork in writing, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer.
What is the minimum order?
