We prepare the label content to the Food Standards Code: ingredients with the allergen declaration in plain English, the nutrition information panel, metric net quantity, the country of origin statement for imported food, and the Australian importer’s name and address. The data comes from our technical data sheet.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin, in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set for the Australian entry and the data sheets the imported food inspection may ask for.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- An English label to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code: the ingredient list with allergens declared in plain English, the nutrition information panel, metric net quantity, the country of origin statement for an imported food, and the name and address of the Australian importer. For private label we prepare the label content to those rules and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Australia and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Halal
- Halal certificates are held for our factory; the offer names the certificate holder per line and copies are available on request, so a halal chocolate wholesale or halal lollies list is built from named lines, not assumptions.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch, and the courier’s declaration for food entering Australia.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one private-label line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the Australian label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet to the Food Standards Code; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing.
Are the lines halal certified?
Many are, for our factory. The offer names the certificate holder for every line; a line without a certificate is stated as such.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
