Turkish chocolate, dragées, Turkish delight and confectionery for importers and wholesalers in Germany
One mixed container from Gaziantep, Türkiye, to Hamburg or Bremerhaven by sea, or by road trailer through Europe: chocolate, dragées, Turkish delight, wrapped confectionery and pistachio products, travelling under the customs union with an A.TR movement certificate. Written offer in US dollars within two working days of your list.

One container, every line, from Gaziantep.
We quote for German food importers and trading houses, for the Turkish and oriental food importers that supply the Turkish supermarkets from Berlin to Köln and Hamburg, for the confectionery and nut wholesalers that sell to sweet shops, kiosks, market stalls and the party trade by the carton, and for brands that want chocolate, dragées or Turkish delight made under their own name. If you are looking for a sweets or confectionery wholesale list a German buyer can price by the pallet, for the chocolate manufacturer behind a line rather than another middleman, for the Dubai chocolate the German shelf now asks for by name, for the pistachio spread sold here as Pistaziencreme, or for lokum and Turkish delight for the gift shelf, this is what we quote for. The unit of sale is one full container, mixed across as many lines as you like.
Everything on this site is made in Gaziantep, in our own factory. That is what lets one container carry five product groups, and lets us check a lot before it is packed and photograph the pallets before the doors close. Every line is specified in the offer. The German shelf is import-fed and Turkish confectionery is already a settled part of it, which changes what an offer has to answer: not whether the category sells, but who makes each line, how it may be named on the label, and what the landed cost is.
We supply direct from our own factory in Gaziantep, the city we work in.
- Turkish and oriental food importers and wholesalers supplying the Turkish supermarkets and grocery trade from Berlin to Köln, Hamburg and the Ruhr by the pallet
- Confectionery and nut wholesalers, cash and carries and sweet shop suppliers adding Turkish delight, sugared almonds, chocolate dragées and wrapped sweets to a wholesale list
- Food importers and trading houses placing Turkish-brand or own-brand lines on the German retail shelf and re-exporting across the EU
- Brands, pastry businesses and chocolate makers wanting a line under their own name, or a filling and a format confirmed before it is quoted
Six lines, mixed to your list.
Each line travels on its own pallet; the container is mixed. Outside the core range we source on request and load it in the same shipment.

What stays the same on every offer.
Rates and rules change; the quotation states what applies on the day. These points do not change.
- Label
- A German label to the EU food information rules: the ingredient list with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best before date, and the name and EU address of the food business responsible for the product. One point decides more here than any other: under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules a coating made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter is not chocolate and may not be named as one, so the offer states per line whether it is chocolate or a compound coating and the label follows that. For private label we prepare the label content to those rules in German and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Customs union and entry
- Germany is in the EU, and Türkiye and the EU are in a customs union, so chocolate and confectionery travel with an A.TR movement certificate. The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order rather than read off a web page that may be out of date. The importer is registered as a food business with its state authority; where a line contains dairy, as milk chocolate does, the composite-product attestation the entry needs is drawn up from our documents, and which lines that touches is written into the offer. German packaging law is a separate duty and sits with whoever first places the packaged goods on the German market, normally the importer or, for a private label, the brand owner: we give you the pack data, material and weight per component, so the register entry and the dual-system contract can be filed from real figures.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety, Halal and Kosher certificates, together with the technical data sheet and the specification per line. The holder is named line by line and copies are available on request, so your quality file and your retailer audit are built on our documents.
- What goes in the container
- Chocolate in tablets, bars and pralines, dragées and coated nuts, Turkish delight and special lokum, wrapped confectionery, and pistachio products including pistachio spread in jars. Each line travels on its own pallet, so one container can carry five product groups and a wholesaler can test a shelf without committing to a single line in bulk. Case weight, pieces per case and the pallet plan are stated per line in the offer.
- Route, temperature and terms
- By sea from Mersin to Hamburg or Bremerhaven, or by road trailer through Europe from Gaziantep; the route, the delivery term, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, and the transit are stated in the offer. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer for the warm months; Turkish delight, sugared almonds and jellies travel dry. Offers are in US dollars, bank transfer only, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.
- The Turkish shelf and the import trade
- Search the German trade for Turkish confectionery wholesale and what comes back is not the supermarket buying desk but the importers and wholesalers that supply the Turkish and oriental grocery trade, and the Turkish supermarkets in Berlin, Köln, Hamburg and the Ruhr behind them. That is the channel this page is written for. Most lines on this site are available in our standard packs, so a wholesaler can carry established Turkish chocolate, wafer and lokum brands from the first container and add its own label later; Türkischer Honig is a name the German trade uses for more than one sweet, so the offer says per line which product it actually is.
- Dubai chocolate, pistachio spread and the sweet table
- The pistachio and kadayif bar Germany searches for as Dubai-Schokolade is made in Gaziantep, where the pistachio grows and the kadayif is made, in retail bars and gift formats in our standard packs or under your brand. The jar the German shelf calls Pistaziencreme is listed here as pistachio spread: cream is the name shoppers type, spread is what the product is, and the pistachio content is stated per line as we declare it. Dragées, sugared almonds and mini bars also feed the German wedding and party sweet table, the Candy Bar, where colour matching and favour packs decide the order more than case size does; both are set per line in the offer.
- Sourced on request
- Outside the core range we buy in what your list needs and load it in the same container: couverture and bulk chocolate by the kilo, the kind German buyers search as Kuvertüre, raw nuts and almonds in bulk including the caramelised gebrannte Mandeln the market stalls roast on site, dried fruit, halva, cocoa, empty packaging and baklava. These are sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting.
Private label chocolate and confectionery for German brands
Looking for a private label chocolate manufacturer outside Germany, an Eigenmarke line for the German shelf or an own-brand range that travels across the EU? We put our own lines under your name: tablets, bars, dragées in doypacks, gift boxes, Turkish delight boxes and pistachio spread jars, with the label content prepared to the EU rules in German, chocolate or compound coating stated per line, and nothing printed before you approve it.
Private label for German brands →Asked before the first list.
Do you work with importers and wholesalers in Germany?
We quote for food importers, trading houses, Turkish and oriental food wholesalers, confectionery and nut wholesalers, and private-label brands. Send the product references, the quantities you have in mind and whether you want the container by sea or by road trailer; the written offer follows within two working days.
Is there duty on chocolate from Türkiye into Germany?
The goods travel under the EU–Türkiye customs union with an A.TR movement certificate. The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day; that is the only place it belongs, because it changes and a page cannot be trusted to be current.
Are you a chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can every coated line be called chocolate on a German label?
No, and it is worth settling before the artwork goes to print. Under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules a coating made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter is a compound coating, not chocolate, and may not be named as one. The offer states which it is per line and the German label follows.
Do you sell clearance stock or job lots?
No. What leaves Gaziantep is a production run made against your order, with the production and best before dates on the case. If you are buying Restposten, this is not that; the price here works through a mixed full container rather than a small order of a single line.
Do you supply Kuvertüre or bulk chocolate by the kilo?
Couverture and bulk chocolate by the kilo sit outside the core range and are sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting. The same applies to raw nuts, dried fruit, halva, cocoa and baklava.
What is the minimum order?
One full container, 20 ft or 40 ft, or a full trailer, mixed across the lines you choose. The minimum per line is written into the offer. Payment is 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.
Is Antep Foods a chocolate manufacturer in Türkiye?
Yes. Antep Foods is a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, exporting since 2002. Production takes place in our own factory; certificates and data sheets are issued for our factory. Wholesale only; prices come in a written offer, not on the site.
Send the list. We do the rest.
