Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for German brands and retailers
Tablets, bars, dragées, gift boxes, Turkish delight boxes and pistachio spread jars made in Gaziantep under your brand. We prepare the label content to the EU rules in German, state per line whether it is chocolate or a compound coating, and print nothing before you approve the artwork.
Home / Private label / Germany

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
Own brand is not a niche on the German shelf: Handelsmarke and Eigenmarke lines sit beside the branded ones in every channel, and a buyer looking for a private label chocolate manufacturer finds German, Belgian and Swiss co-manufacturers first. For a classic German tablet that is the right answer. We are the other route: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to Hamburg or Bremerhaven, or by road trailer through Europe, with the A.TR movement certificate under the customs union.
The difference is the range and the origin in one shipment. A German brand can launch a pistachio tablet made where the pistachio grows, a Dubai-style bar with kadayif in it, sugared almonds and chocolate dragées in its own colours for the wedding sweet table, a lokum box and a pistachio spread jar together, from our own factory, on one order and one document set. The questions that decide it are always the same three: who makes it, at what minimum, and whether the label may say chocolate. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep, the minimum is in the offer, and the coating is stated per line before anything is printed.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the coating on each line is chocolate or compound.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the label content to the EU food information rules in German: ingredients with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best before date, and the name and EU address of the responsible food business. The data comes from our technical data sheet, and the product name follows the EU cocoa and chocolate rules.
- 03
Artwork and approval
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that. If a line is a compound coating, the name on the front of the pack is corrected at this step rather than at the border.
- 04
Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container or trailer leaves with the A.TR certificate and the document set for the German entry, in a reefer for chocolate lines in the warm months.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- A German label to the EU food information rules: the ingredient list with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best before date, and the name and EU address of the food business responsible for the product. One point decides more here than any other: under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules a coating made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter is not chocolate and may not be named as one, so the offer states per line whether it is chocolate or a compound coating and the label follows that. For private label we prepare the label content to those rules in German and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Customs union and entry
- Germany is in the EU, and Türkiye and the EU are in a customs union, so chocolate and confectionery travel with an A.TR movement certificate. The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order rather than read off a web page that may be out of date. The importer is registered as a food business with its state authority; where a line contains dairy, as milk chocolate does, the composite-product attestation the entry needs is drawn up from our documents, and which lines that touches is written into the offer. German packaging law is a separate duty and sits with whoever first places the packaged goods on the German market, normally the importer or, for a private label, the brand owner: we give you the pack data, material and weight per component, so the register entry and the dual-system contract can be filed from real figures.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety, Halal and Kosher certificates, together with the technical data sheet and the specification per line. The holder is named line by line and copies are available on request, so your quality file and your retailer audit are built on our documents.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer. The unit of sale is one full container or trailer, and it can mix your own-brand lines with lines in our standard packs, so a first order does not have to be one product in bulk.
- Label and the cocoa rule
- Under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules a coating made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter is a compound coating and may not be named chocolate. We state per line what the coating is before the artwork goes to print, because that one word decides how the product may be named on the front of the pack and how a German retailer's own audit will read it.
- Packaging register
- German packaging law puts the register entry and the dual-system contract on whoever first places the packaged goods on the German market; for a private label that is normally the brand owner. We give you the pack data, material and weight per component, so the filing is made from real figures rather than estimates.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch. Printed packaging and artwork proofs are quoted separately.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container or trailer, but it can carry one own-brand line together with lines in our standard packs, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the German label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet to the EU rules in German. You place it in your artwork, add the responsible food business details, and approve the final version in writing before printing.
Can a vegetable-fat coated bar be sold as chocolate in Germany?
No. Under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules that is a compound coating, and the pack has to say so. The offer states per line which lines are chocolate and which are compound, so the artwork is right the first time.
Who registers the packaging for the German market?
Whoever first places the packaged goods on the German market, which for an own-brand line is normally the brand owner. We are not the party that files it; we give you the material and weight per pack component so you can.
What does an own-brand line from Türkiye need at the German border?
The A.TR movement certificate under the customs union, our technical data sheet and certificates per line, and for lines containing dairy the composite-product attestation drawn up from our documents. The offer lists what travels with the container.
Can the same label serve Austria as well?
Austria is in the EU and in the customs union, so a German-language EU label generally serves both and we add any further languages you name. Switzerland is outside the EU and outside the customs union, with its own customs route and labelling regime, so a Swiss shipment is quoted separately.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
