- Label
- An English label with the ingredient list and allergens, the nutrition information panel where required, metric net quantity and the importer’s name and address in Singapore. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Import licence
- The importer holds the food import licence with the Singapore Food Agency and registers the products before they land; the offer states what applies on the day and which documents we supply. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and lot traceability.
- Halal
- Halal certificates are held for our factory, from certifying bodies; the offer names the holder and the body for every line and copies are available on request, so the importer can check the body’s recognition with the Singapore halal authority before ordering. A line without a certificate is stated as such.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Singapore and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and what applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.

- Sea freight from Mersin to Singapore; the delivery term, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, is stated in the offer. The route crosses the tropics in every season, so chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer year round; Turkish delight, sugared almonds and jellies travel dry.
