Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

Label content
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet: ingredients and allergens, the nutrition information panel where required, metric net quantity, storage and best-before wording, and the importer’s details in Singapore; for re-export lists, the second market’s language is planned with the first.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set and the certificates the Singapore registration asks for.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- An English label with the ingredient list and allergens, the nutrition information panel where required, metric net quantity and the importer’s name and address in Singapore. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Halal
- Halal certificates are held for our factory, from certifying bodies; the offer names the holder and the body for every line and copies are available on request, so the importer can check the body’s recognition with the Singapore halal authority before ordering. A line without a certificate is stated as such.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Singapore and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and what applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety and Halal certificates, with the certifying body named. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork; festive packs are ordered ahead of the season.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the label for Singapore?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing.
Are the lines halal certified?
Many are, for our factory, with the certifying body named per line in the offer so recognition can be checked. A line without a certificate is stated as such.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
