Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Austrian brands
Tablets and bars, dragées in doypacks, biscuit dragées, gift boxes, Turkish delight and pistachio spread jars, made in Gaziantep under your brand. We prepare the German label content to the EU rules; nothing is printed before you approve it.
Home / Private label / Austria

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
Austria is an own-brand shelf. Discounter and grocer house brands do the volume here, the trade calls them Eigenmarke or Handelsmarke without a second thought, and the model needs no explaining. What an Austrian brand usually finds when it goes looking for a co-manufacturer is a house in Austria or Germany, and for a plain milk tablet that is the right answer.
We are the other route: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and moving the container in over Koper or Hamburg under the customs union paperwork. The difference is the range and the origin in one shipment — a pistachio tablet made where the pistachio grows, biscuit dragées, a Turkish delight box and a pistachio spread jar, from our own factory, on one order and one set of documents. The question at the end is the one you would put to a co-manufacturer here: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is in the offer.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and which recipe choices are open to you.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the German label content to the EU food information rules: ingredients with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best before date, and the name and EU address of the responsible food business. The data comes from our technical data sheet, and the coating question — chocolate or compound — is settled here, before any wording is fixed.
- 03
Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content, including the product names in German, and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.
- 04
Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin with the A.TR certificate and the document set for the Austrian entry, in a reefer for chocolate lines in the warm months, to Koper or Hamburg and inland from there.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- A German-language label to the EU food information rules: the ingredient list with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best before date and the name and EU address of the food business responsible for the product. German compound names decide a lot on a Turkish product — Pistazienpaste, Schokoladendragee, Lokum — so we write the label content out in full and check it against your artwork before anything is printed.
- Customs and entry
- Austria is in the EU, and Türkiye and the EU are in a customs union: chocolate and confectionery travel with an A.TR movement certificate, and the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order. The importer is registered as a food business with the competent authority, and where a line contains dairy, as milk chocolate does, the EU rules for composite products apply and the attestation the entry needs is drawn up from our documents. Nothing about duty is printed on this site, because it changes.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request, together with the technical data sheet the label content is built from.
- Biscuit dragées, and what may be called chocolate
- Austria has its own household name for a coated biscuit dragée, and the format itself — a biscuit centre, a panned coating, a polished finish — is one the Gaziantep dragée lines run, in doypacks, tins and flowpacks. One thing decides the wording on the pack: under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules a coating made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter cannot be sold as chocolate. Every line in the offer says which it is, real chocolate or a compound coating, so the German label is right before the artwork is drawn.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Chocolate or compound, on the pack
- Under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules a coating made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter cannot be sold as chocolate in Austria. Every line in the offer says which it is, so the German wording on your pack is settled before the artwork is drawn rather than after the print run.

- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.
- Route and papers
- Austria has no coastline: the container is quoted to Koper or Hamburg and then by rail or truck to Wien, Linz or Graz, with the delivery term — FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP — in the offer. It travels with the A.TR movement certificate under the EU–Türkiye customs union, and the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with lines in our standard packs from the same factory, so a first order does not have to be a full load of a single product.
Who prepares the German label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet to the EU rules; you place it in your artwork, add the details of the food business responsible in the EU, and approve the final version in writing.
Can our pack say Schokolade?
Only where the line really is chocolate. A coating made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter is a compound coating under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules and has to be described as one. The offer states which each line is before the artwork is drawn.
Can you make a format the Austrian shelf already knows?
We can run the format, not somebody else’s brand. A biscuit-centre dragée, a pistachio and kadayıf bar, a coated-nut pouch, a Turkish delight box: those lines exist in Gaziantep and go out under your name, with the recipe choices we can make. We do not copy another company’s pack.
What does an own-brand container need at the Austrian border?
The commercial documents, the A.TR movement certificate, our technical data sheet and certificates per line, and for lines with dairy the composite-product attestation drawn up from our documents. The offer lists what travels with the container.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
