Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin with the document set for the Canadian entry.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- A bilingual label. In Canada the mandatory information appears in English and French, with metric net quantity and the Canadian nutrition facts table. If Turkish text stays on the pack, the required information is still in both official languages. For private label we prepare the label content to Canadian rules, including the allergen declaration, and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Canada and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Kosher and halal
- Our factory holds Kosher and Halal certificates. The certificate holder is named per line in the offer, and copies are available on request.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety, Kosher and Halal certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request, for your importer licence file.

- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one private-label line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the bilingual Canadian label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet to Canadian rules, in English and French; you place it in your artwork and approve the final version in writing.
Do you hold Kosher or Halal certificates?
Some do. The offer names the certificate holder for every line, and copies are available on request.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
