Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Chilean brands

Tablet and bar boxes, doypacks, 350 g Turkish delight boxes and pistachio spread jars made in Gaziantep under your brand, for the Chilean shelf. We prepare the Spanish label content from our technical data sheet and work out from the composition which front-of-pack warning seals a line carries, before the artwork is laid out. Nothing is printed until you approve it in writing.

The other route

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.

A Chilean brand, distribuidora or specialty retailer that wants a line under its own name usually starts with a domestic co-packer, and for a plain milk bar or a bag of gomitas that is the right answer. The terms the trade searches — chocolate al por mayor, distribuidora de confites al por mayor, dulces and gomitas al por mayor — belong to the wholesale houses of Santiago and the regional distribuidoras, and that is the correct order of things: they fill the shops, the kiosks and the gift trade from an import-fed shelf. We are the step before that shelf. Antep Foods is a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye: we put our own lines under your name and ship to San Antonio or Valparaíso.

The difference against a local co-packer is origin and breadth in one shipment. A marca propia launched this way can carry a pistachio tablet made where the pistachio grows, the pistachio and kadayıf bar that Chile searches for as chocolate de Dubai, sugared almonds and dragées in your own colours for the favour trade, a 350 g Turkish delight box and a pistachio spread jar — the crema de pistacho of the shelf, a spread on the label — from our own factory, on one order, one set of documents and one origin proof. The Chilean part of the work is the label: the seals come out of the composition, they take space on the front panel, and a sealed pack is restricted in how it may be promoted to children, so that is settled before the arte final rather than after. The question at the end is the same as anywhere: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is set per line and stated in the offer.

Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.

How it works

Nothing printed before you approve.

  1. 01

    Line and minimum

You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or a compound coating for the shelf you have in mind. Minimums are set per line and stated in the offer.

  2. 02

    Label content

We prepare the Spanish label content for the Chilean market from our technical data sheet: the ingredient list with allergens, the nutrition table, metric net content, storage, the best before date and the importer’s details. From the same data sheet we work out which front-of-pack warning seals the composition carries, against the rules in force on the day.

  3. 03

    Artwork approval

Your designer places the content and the seal area in the arte final; we check it against the label content line by line and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval — not a box, not a wrapper, not a jar label.

  4. 04

    Production and loading

We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, each line on its own pallet, and the container leaves Mersin for San Antonio or Valparaíso, in a reefer for chocolate and chocolate-coated lines, with the document set for the Chilean entry and the origin document for the shipment.

The honest part

What to know before the first list.

Label
A Spanish label for the Chilean market: the ingredient list with allergens, the nutrition table, metric net content, storage, the best before date and the importer's details. Chile also puts warning seals on the front of the pack where a product passes the limits the health authority sets for sugars, saturated fat, sodium or energy, and confectionery sits squarely in that territory; which seals a line carries follows from its composition, so our technical data sheet comes first and the seals are applied against the rules in force on the day. Packs that carry seals are also restricted in how they may be promoted to children, which matters if a gift pack was going to lean on a character or a toy. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from the data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
Customs and duty
A free trade agreement between Türkiye and Chile is in force, so preferential treatment is available, but it is not automatic: it depends on the origin proof travelling with the shipment and on the goods matching the line your broker declares. The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, and names the origin document that travels with the container. No rate, date or threshold is printed on this site, because those change and a page is the wrong place to learn them.
Entry and the importer's side
Imported food is presented to the health authority on the importer's side and released once the documentation is accepted at the port of entry; the importer or its customs agent holds that side of the file, together with any product notification the authority asks for. From us you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and the analysis report per line, in the names and quantities that will appear on the invoice, so the file is consistent from the first page to the last.
Certificates
Certificates are held for our factory. We send our certificates — food safety and quality certification, halal and kosher — as scans tied to the exact line you are quoting, together with the analysis report for that line. Where a line is not certified, we say so rather than send a neighbouring factory's document.
Minimums
Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs, so a first order is not limited to one product.
Lead time
Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork. In Chile the gift weeks fall in the southern summer, and the sea leg crosses the tropics whatever the season is at home, so a Christmas pack is planned backwards from the hottest weeks and the chocolate lines are quoted in a reefer.
Samples
Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch. Approve the line on the sample before the artwork goes to print, not after.
Certificates
Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder and the certifying body are named per line, copies are available on request, and the analysis report is issued for the line you are quoting. Where a line is not certified, we say so.
Currency and payment
Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs of your pallets. The offer states the banking route that applies on the day.
The seals decide the artwork
Chile puts warning seals on the front of the pack where a product passes the limits the health authority sets for sugars, saturated fat, sodium or energy, and confectionery sits squarely in that territory. Which seals a line carries follows from its composition, so the technical data sheet comes first and the seals are worked out against the rules in force on the day — before the arte final, because they take space on the front panel and because a sealed pack is also restricted in how it may be promoted to children. If a gift pack was going to lean on a character or a toy, that is decided here.
The other route
Domestic co-packers and the Santiago wholesale houses cover the everyday shelf, and for a plain bar or a bag of gomitas that is the shorter road. We cover what has to come from origin — pistachio lines, the pistachio and kadayıf bar, sugared almonds and dragées, boxed Turkish delight, pistachio spread — and we send several lines under your brand in one container, on one order and one set of documents.
Questions

Asked by brands first.

Are you the manufacturer?

Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.

Who works out the front-of-pack warning seals, and when?

We do, from the composition on our technical data sheet, against the rules in force on the day, before your arte final is laid out — the seals take space on the front panel and change what the pack may do. If you want to know whether a different recipe or format would move a line, the question goes to our production team with the data sheet and the answer comes back in writing before anything is printed.

Who prepares the Spanish label, and who lays it out?

We prepare the content from our technical data sheet; your designer places it in the arte final together with the importer’s details, and you approve the final version in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval.

Can a first order be a single product?

The unit of sale is one full container, and it is mixed: your own-brand line travels beside other lines from the same factory, each on its own pallet, so a first order does not have to be one product in bulk.

Does the free trade agreement between Türkiye and Chile lower what we pay at the border?

An agreement is in force and preferential treatment is available, but it is not automatic: it depends on the origin proof travelling with the shipment and on the goods matching the line your broker declares. The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, and names the origin document that travels with the container. We do not print rates on this site.

Can you make cobertura or bulk chocolate by the kilo under our brand for the repostería trade?

That sits outside the range we hold: sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting. The same applies to raw pistachios and other raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa and empty packaging. Whatever is quoted, the offer states line by line whether a coating is chocolate or a compound coating — a vegetable-fat coating is not sold as chocolate.

How is payment handled?

Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs of your pallets.

Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?

Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
