A Comorian importer or general trader that asks for a private label chocolate manufacturer usually wants one of two things: a tablet or a wrapped bar under its own name for the shops it already supplies, or a dragée and sugared almond carton in its own colours for the wedding and holiday trade. We are the route for both. We are a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and loading the container for Moroni or Mutsamudu.
On a shelf this size the honest question is the minimum, not the catalogue. A private-label run has a minimum per line, stated in the offer, and it is usually more than a small market wants to buy of one reference at a time. So the ordinary way in is one or two own-brand lines riding in the same container as lines in our standard packs: one order, one document set, one arrival, and your name on the part of the load you want to own. Chocolate already comes into Comoros from Türkiye in quantity; putting your label on it is the step that makes it yours rather than a generic import.

Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you have in mind.

Label content
We prepare the French label content, with Arabic alongside as the importer’s file requires: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the importer’s name and address, and the fields for the production and expiry dates we print on the pack. The data comes from our technical data sheet.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin, in a reefer for chocolate and chocolate-coated lines, with the document set for the Comorian entry, the origin document named in the offer and the halal certificates per line where they apply.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- The mandatory information in French or Arabic, as the importer’s file requires, with the other language alongside where the shelf wants it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the importer’s name and address, and the date marking. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries; for own-brand lines we prepare the label content in both languages from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Halal and the papers per line
- Lines with ingredients of animal origin, gelatine in jellies above all, travel with our halal certificate, and the offer names the certifying body per line so you can check that it is recognised before ordering. Lines without such ingredients are stated as such on the data sheet. With every offer you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and the analysis report per line.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer. The unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own-brand lines with lines in our standard packs, so a first own-brand line does not have to fill the box on its own.
- Chocolate or compound
- A vegetable-fat coating is not chocolate and is not labelled as chocolate; the technical data sheet says which the line is, the wrapper follows it, and we confirm it before the artwork goes to print.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), halal and kosher certificates. The holder and the certifying body are named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. The offer states the banking route that applies on the day.
- Outside the range
- Couverture, bulk chocolate by the kilo, raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa, halva, tahini, baklava and empty packaging are sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Who prepares the label?
We prepare the content in French and Arabic from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing.
Our market is small. Can we start with one own-brand line?
Yes, if that line meets the minimum per line. The rest of the container is filled with lines in our standard packs, so one order and one document set cover both, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer.
Can we order dragées in our own colours and cartons?
Yes — private label is one of our core services. The minimum per colour and per line is stated in the offer, because a colour is a production run rather than a shelf item.
What does the origin document change?
It is what the treatment of the goods on arrival is assessed against. No preferential framework is assumed on this route: the origin document and the rules that apply are named in the offer and travel with the document set, and the offer states what applies on the day.
