Your brand on chocolate, dragées and Turkish delight made in Gaziantep, for Ecuador
Tablet and bar boxes, doypacks, sachets, 350 g Turkish delight boxes and pistachio spread jars, produced in Gaziantep under your own name and landed at Guayaquil. We prepare the Spanish label content from our technical data sheet, including the values the traffic-light panel is built from, so your designer has everything in hand before the arte final is laid out. Nothing is printed — not a box, not a wrapper, not a jar label — until you approve it in writing.
Home / Private label / Ecuador

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
An Ecuadorian brand, distribuidora or supermarket buyer that wants a line under its own name usually starts at home, and for a plain milk bar that is the right answer: this is a cacao country with its own factories and its own co-packers, and 'hecho en Ecuador' is worth something on the front of a pack. What the shelf still imports is what the country does not make, and the demand shows up in consumer language rather than trade language — chocolate de Dubai, crema de pistacho and crema de pistache the way people actually type it, cobertura by the kilo for the pastelería — while practically nobody in Ecuador is searching for a private label chocolate maker. So this page is not written to catch a search. It is written to answer the questions a buyer asks after a Turkish sample has already been put on the table. Antep Foods is a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye: we put our own lines under your name and load one container for Guayaquil.
Against a domestic co-packer the difference is origin and breadth in one shipment. A marca propia built this way can carry a pistachio tablet from where the pistachio actually grows, the pistachio and kadayıf bar the market knows as chocolate de Dubai, sugared almonds and dragées in your own colours for the wedding and recuerdo trade, a 350 g Turkish delight box and a pistachio spread jar — several lines, one order, one set of documents, one origin proof, each line on its own pallet. The Ecuadorian half of the work is the panel and the paperwork: the sanitary notification for a processed food sits on your side, in the name of the company that owns the brand, and what the pack says has to agree with what was notified; the front of the pack carries the traffic-light panel that rates sugar, salt and fat, and confectionery is not a category that escapes it. Both are worked out from our technical data sheet, before the arte final, which is why we begin there and not with a design. The last question is always the same: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is set per line and stated in the offer.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Line and minimum
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format you want. We confirm which of them can run under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or a compound coating for the shelf you have in mind. Minimums are set per line and stated in the offer.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the Spanish label content from our technical data sheet: the ingredient list with allergens, the nutrition table and the values the traffic-light panel for sugar, salt and fat is built from, metric net content, storage, the lot, the best before date and the details of the company that owns the brand in Ecuador. The same data sheet and the analysis report per line are what your regulatory side uses for the sanitary notification, so the content is settled before a designer opens a file.
- 03
Artwork approval
Your designer places the content, the panel and the importer details in the arte final; we check it against the label content line by line, and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval, and if the notified composition changes, the artwork goes back through the same check.
- 04
Production and loading
We run the line, we collect and consolidate, each line on its own pallet, and photograph the pallets before the doors close. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer on this route — the heat is on the coast and on the road, not in the sierra where the goods may end up — and the container leaves Mersin for Guayaquil, or Posorja, Puerto Bolívar or Manta if that suits your distribution, with the document set named in the offer and the origin document for the shipment.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- A Spanish label with the mandatory information for the Ecuadorian market: the ingredient list with the allergen declaration, the nutrition table with the traffic-light panel Ecuadorian packs carry for sugar, salt and fat, metric net quantity, storage, the lot, the best before date and the importer's details. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer has to add; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything goes to print. Label wording requirements are revised from time to time, so we work from what your regulatory side confirms is current on the day, and we print no rule text on this site.
- Entry, sanitary notification and duty
- The sanitary notification for a processed food and the customs clearance sit on the importer's side in Ecuador: the notification is held with the health authority, ARCSA, before the goods land, and your broker clears the consignment. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates, the analysis report per line, the certificate of origin and the shipping documents named in the offer. On duty there is one line only: the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order. Nothing about duty or tax is printed on this site, because it changes.
- Certificates and documents
- Our certificates, with copies on request: the food safety and quality certification, halal where the line is certified, and the analysis report per line. We publish no certificate numbers here; you receive the documents themselves with the offer, per line, together with the technical data sheet and the pack specification, so your regulatory file for the notification is built from source documents rather than from a web page.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own-brand lines with lines in our standard packs, so a first order is not limited to one product.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork, not from the day the list arrives. The gift weeks in December and the school and fiesta dates are planned backwards from the loading date, because the sea leg is long and ends on a hot coast whatever the month is.
- The panel and the notification
- Two Ecuadorian things decide the pack before the design does. The traffic-light panel rates sugar, salt and fat on the front, and confectionery is squarely in its territory, so it takes space that has to be reserved rather than found later. The sanitary notification for a processed food is held on your side, in the name of the company that owns the brand, and the pack has to agree with what was notified. Both come out of our technical data sheet and the analysis report per line, which is why the content is prepared first and the arte final second. We print no rule text on this site and work from what your regulatory side confirms is current on the day.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety certification, Halal and Kosher, plus the analysis report issued for the line being quoted. The holder and the certifying body are named per line and copies are available on request, so your notification file is built from source documents rather than from a web page. Where a line is not certified, we say so.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars, which is what Ecuador already prices in, so there is no conversion between the quote, the landed cost and what you pay. Bank transfer only: 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs of your pallets. The offer states the banking route that applies on the day.
- What we do not make
- Two of the largest confectionery searches in this market sit side by side: chocolate de Dubai and turrón. The first we can put under your brand — it is a pistachio and kadayıf bar, made where the pistachio grows. The second we do not produce, and we will not print the word on a box to borrow the traffic. What stands next to turrón on the same gift table, and what we do hold, is boxed Turkish delight, pistachio-filled lokum and sugared almonds.
- The other route
- Domestic co-packers and the import distributors in Guayaquil and Quito already cover the everyday shelf, and for a plain bar made with national cacao that is the shorter and cheaper road. We cover what has to come from origin — pistachio lines, the pistachio and kadayıf bar, sugared almonds and dragées, boxed Turkish delight, pistachio spread — and we put several lines under one brand in one container, on one order and one set of documents.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Who holds the sanitary notification for a private label, and what does it change?
It sits on your side, in the name of the company that owns the brand in Ecuador, and your broker clears the consignment. From us you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and the analysis report per line, which is what the file is built from. It changes the order of the work: the pack has to agree with what was notified, so the label content is fixed before the artwork, not after.
Who prepares the Spanish label and works out the traffic-light panel?
We prepare the content from our technical data sheet, including the values the panel for sugar, salt and fat is built from; your regulatory side confirms what is current on the day, your designer places it in the arte final with the panel and the brand owner's details, and you approve the final file in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval.
Can a first order be a single product?
The unit of sale is one full container, and it is mixed: your own-brand line travels beside other lines from the same factory, each on its own pallet, so a first order does not have to be one product in bulk.
What will we pay at the border?
The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, and names the origin document that travels with the container, so the landed cost is known before you order. We print no rates on this site, because they change.
Can you produce cobertura or bulk chocolate by the kilo under our brand for the pastelería trade?
That sits outside the range we hold: sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting. The same applies to raw pistachios and other raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa and empty packaging. Whatever is quoted, the offer states line by line whether a coating is chocolate or a compound — a vegetable-fat coating is not sold as chocolate.
How is payment handled?
Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs of your pallets.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
