Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format you want them in — and you are naming them to the people who run the line, not to a warehouse reselling what somebody else has already branded. We say which of them can be made under your name, at what minimum and in what lead time, and it comes back in writing before any money moves. Items outside the range — couverture, bulk chocolate by the kilo, raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa, empty packaging, baklava, halva and tahini — are sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting.

Label content and registration
We prepare the English label content from our technical data sheet: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, the metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the importer's name and address. The data sheet, the analysis report and our documents go per line to the importer, who files the registration. The certificates that apply are named line by line, and a claim never goes on a line they do not cover. Türkiye is an origin from outside the community, so the entry is the extra-regional one and the offer states what applies on the day.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and against what the pack format allows, and you approve the final version in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval, and we print from the approved file and nothing else — which is exactly the control a brand does not have while its packs are bought ready-made off somebody else's shelf.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets in Gaziantep, and the container leaves Mersin for Georgetown, in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set per line. The goods move from the line that made them rather than through a third country's warehouse, so the lot and the production date on your pack are the ones in the loading photographs.
What to know before the first list.
- Registration and entry
- Imported food is registered by the importer with the national food and drug authority before it is brought in, and the importer holds the permit where a line needs one. We supply what the file needs — the technical data sheet, our certificates and the analysis report, per line. Registration runs before the deposit and is not counted in the lead time.
- Label
- An English label to the national requirements: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, the net weight in metric units, storage conditions, the production and expiry dates, and the name and address of the importer. One distinction is kept strict on it. Chocolate is chocolate; a vegetable-fat coating is a compound or a glaze and is written as one, line by line, so nothing on the declaration has to be argued after the container has landed. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries; for private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Customs
- Guyana is a CARICOM member and applies the regional tariff framework together with its national rules. There is no free trade agreement between Guyana and Türkiye, and the A.TR movement certificate does not apply here — it is an EU instrument and this is outside the EU. The offer states the tariff line for each product and what applies on the day it is written, so the landed cost is known before you order rather than after.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer. The unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own-brand lines with lines in our standard packs, so a first own-brand run does not have to fill the box on its own.
- Registration
- An own-brand line is registered by the importer with the national food and drug authority like any other imported food. We supply the technical data sheet, our certificates and the analysis report, and the offer states what each line needs. Registration runs before the deposit and is not counted in the lead time.
- Label content
- We prepare the English label content to the national requirements: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, the net weight in metric units, storage conditions, the production and expiry dates and the importer's name and address. The wording comes from our technical data sheet. Chocolate is declared as chocolate and a vegetable-fat coating as a compound or a glaze — the two never share a word on a pack we prepare.
- Artwork
- You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval, and the approved file is what we run.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request, so you know before ordering which claims a pack can carry and which it cannot.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Production and shipping
- We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin — about three hours from Gaziantep — with chocolate lines in a reefer and the document set for entry at Georgetown. The lead time is stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars. Bank transfer only: 50% with the order, 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container, but it can carry a single own-brand line together with lines in our standard packs. A first order does not have to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the label?
We prepare the English label content from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork, add the importer's details and approve the final version in writing before anything is printed.
Can the dragées come in our colours?
Yes, on selected lines: we run the colours you name and the cartons or boxes carry your brand. The minimum per colour is stated in the offer.
Does an own-brand line register the same way as an imported brand?
Yes — it is registered by the importer with the national food and drug authority on the same documents: the data sheet, our certificates and the analysis report, supplied per line and sent before the deposit.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
