Chocolate, dragées and Turkish delight made in Gaziantep, under a Honduran brand’s name
Tablets and mini bars, dragées in doypacks and pyramid boxes, sachets and flowpacks, 350 g lokum boxes and pistachio spread jars, produced in Gaziantep under your own name and loaded for Puerto Cortés. We prepare the Spanish label content to the Central American technical regulation for pre-packaged food, taken from our technical data sheet, and you place it in your artwork. Nothing is printed — wrapper, sleeve, box or label — until you approve that artwork in writing.

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
A Honduran chain, importer or wholesaler that wants a line under its own name usually starts by asking who can run it nearby. Within the region the answer covers a wrapped sweet, a jelly bag, a biscuit and a plain bar; at home it is more often a small bean-to-bar maker working with Honduran cacao, which is a good story for a delicatessen shelf but not a plant that will run dragées in your colours, a 350 g lokum box, a pistachio spread jar and the pistachio-and-kadayıf bar the shelf keeps asking for as chocolate de Dubái. That is where we come in: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your brand and loading the container for Puerto Cortés — the entry for the San Pedro Sula trade and for the road south to Tegucigalpa.
The argument for doing it this way is short, because the sweet aisle in Honduras is already import-fed: what sits on the shelf mostly arrived in a container rather than leaving a local factory, so putting your own name on it does not change how you buy, only whose brand is on the wrapper. What it does change is width. One order can carry your own-brand tablet, a mini bar for the carton trade, dragées in your colours, a 350 g lokum box and a pistachio spread jar at the same time, from our own factory, on one set of documents — and no single line has to fill a container by itself, because the container is loaded panachage and your own-brand pallets travel beside standard-pack pallets. The importer’s file does not split either: registration sits with the importer in its own name with the Honduran health regulator whichever brand is on the pack, so your line and the rest of the container go through the same paperwork and the same warehouse in San Pedro Sula. Which leaves the two questions a buyer actually ends on: who makes it, and what does the minimum look like. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is set per line and stated in the offer.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Line and minimum
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format you want them in — the pulpería carton, the supermarket box, the gift counter. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, whether each line is chocolate or compound coated, and the minimum, which is set per line and stated in the offer.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the Spanish label content to the Central American technical regulation for the labelling of pre-packaged food, which applies in Honduras as it does across the region: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens declared, net content in metric units, lot, storage conditions, the dates we print on the pack, country of origin, and the name and address of the importer in Honduras. The content comes from our technical data sheet.
- 03
Artwork approval
You place that content in your arte final and add your own details as the responsible party. We check the layout back against our data sheet line by line — declared weight, ingredients, allergens, the coating description — and you approve it in writing. Before that written approval nothing is printed: no wrapper, no sleeve, no box, no label. A sample in your own pack is itself a print run, so it comes after the approval, never before it.
- 04
Production and loading
We run the line, check the lot before packing, consolidate the pallets and photograph them. Your own-brand line is loaded panachage into the same container as the rest of the order, each line on its own pallet with its own case count, and the box leaves Mersin for Puerto Cortés with the document set your file needs. Honduras is warm and humid in every season, not only in summer, so chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer year round; lokum, sugared almonds and jellies travel dry.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- A Spanish label written to the Central American technical regulation for the labelling of pre-packaged food, which applies in Honduras as it does across the region: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, net weight in metric units, lot, storage conditions, the dates we print on the pack, and the name and address of the importer. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries; for private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Sanitary registration and entry
- Registration of an imported food in Honduras sits with the importer, in the importer's own name with the health regulator — it is not something an exporter holds on your behalf. Per line, we supply the technical data sheet, our certificates, the analysis report and the free-sale and health documents the file asks for so the paperwork can be opened before the container is booked.
- Customs
- Honduras applies the Central American common external tariff, and there is no free trade agreement in force between Türkiye and Honduras. The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, line by line, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Certificates
- Halal, Kosher, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP, held for our factory and named in the offer. A line that does not hold a certificate is quoted without one; we do not attach a document to a product that does not have it.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer. The unit of sale is one full container, 20 ft or 40 ft, panachage across as many lines as you like, so an own-brand line travels in the same box as other lines and a first order is not limited to a single product.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the written artwork approval, not from the first enquiry. A December shelf in Honduras is planned backwards from that date, with the sea leg from Mersin and the transshipment added, because the print run cannot start until the artwork is signed off.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: the food-safety certification the plant is audited to, halal where a line carries it, the technical data sheet and the analysis report. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request. We do not put a certificate on an offer that we do not hold, and we do not issue one ourselves.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars, FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. There is no free trade agreement in force between Türkiye and Honduras, and the country applies the Central American common external tariff, so the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, line by line — your landed cost is known before the artwork goes to print.
- Registration and whose name is on the pack
- Registration of an imported food in Honduras sits with the importer, in its own name with the health regulator; it is not something an exporter holds on your behalf, and an own-brand line is no exception. From our side we supply what the file asks for per line — the technical data sheet, the ingredient breakdown, the shelf-life statement, the analysis report and the free-sale and health documents, so the paperwork and the pallet match.
- The other route
- A co-packer in the region is the obvious route, and for a wrapped sweet, a jelly or a plain bar it is often the right one. This route earns its place where that plant cannot follow: pistachio lines from where the pistachio grows, sugared almonds by colour, Turkish delight, the Dubai-style bar and pistachio spread — several product groups under one brand, from our own factory, on one order and one set of documents.
- Three shelves, one brand
- The pulpería and the wholesale shop take the sachet, the jelly and the compound-coated mini bar in a case weight that keeps the unit at a coin. The supermarket in San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa takes the tablet and the printed box. The airport and Roatán cruise counters take the gift format, and they pay for the box rather than the gram. Say which of the three a line is for and the format, the weight and the case are chosen for it before the artwork is drawn.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we put our brand on a line without filling a container with one product?
Yes. The unit of sale is one full container, panachage, so your own-brand line travels beside other lines from the same factory, each on its own pallet with its own case count. What your line has to reach is its own minimum, which is set per line and stated in the offer, not the volume of a whole container.
Who writes the Spanish label, and when can it be printed?
We prepare the content from our technical data sheet to the Central American technical regulation for pre-packaged food; you place it in your arte final and add your details as importer; we check that layout back against the data sheet; you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that written approval, and that includes a sample in your own wrapper.
Who holds the registration for an own-brand line?
The importer in Honduras does, in its own name with the health regulator, exactly as for a standard-pack line. We supply our documents the file needs — data sheet, ingredient breakdown, shelf life, analysis report, free-sale and health documents — per line behind every line so the file and the pallet agree.
Can we have the Dubai-style pistachio bar under our own name?
On selected lines, yes. It is made in Gaziantep, where the pistachio grows and the kadayıf is made, in retail and gift formats. We confirm the recipe, the pistachio content and the format under your brand, and whether the coating is chocolate or a compound coating is written per line on the offer. A compound coating is never called chocolate on a document or a label that leaves this office.
Can you run cobertura or bulk chocolate by the kilo with our name on the box?
Couverture and bulk chocolate by the kilo sit outside our core range, as do cocoa, raw nuts, dried fruit and empty packaging: they are sourced on request, and we confirm composition and format before quoting. If a repostería or bakery line matters to your programme, ask for it by name and the answer will be what we can actually run, not a yes on a website.
Our shelf competes with product that enters duty-free from the region. Does an own brand from Türkiye make sense at that price?
Not on the commodity end of the aisle, and we will not claim otherwise. Duty applies here — the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day — so an own-brand line from Gaziantep earns its place where price is not the only argument: the pistachio lines, the dragée gift box, the lokum box and the Dubai-style bar, which the regional plants do not run at all. For the coin shelf, the mini bar and the sachet compete on case weight and count, and the offer is written so you can see that before you commit to a print run.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
