We are the other route: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to Hong Kong, for the local shelf or for onward trade.

You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

Label content
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet: ingredients and allergens, the nutrition label in the Hong Kong format, metric net quantity, storage and best-before wording, and the importer’s details, in English with Chinese alongside where you ask for it; for onward trade, the second market’s rules are planned with the first.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set the Hong Kong entry asks for.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- An English or Chinese label, or both, with the ingredient list and allergens, the nutrition label in the Hong Kong format, metric net quantity and the importer’s name and address. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet, in English with Chinese alongside where you ask for it, and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Importer registration
- Food importers in Hong Kong register with the food safety authority and keep the records the food safety rules ask for; the offer states what applies on the day and which documents we supply. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and lot traceability.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Hong Kong and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and what applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork; festive packs are ordered ahead of the season.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the label for Hong Kong?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet, in English with Chinese alongside where you ask for it; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing.
Can the own-brand line go on to the mainland?
Only if we hold the mainland customs registration; the offer states it per line so the second leg is planned with the first.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
