Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Hungarian brands
Tablets, bars, chocolate dragées, bulk cartons for the nagykereskedés trade, pistachio lokum boxes and pistachio spread jars made in Gaziantep under your own name, with the label content prepared in Hungarian and the whole range travelling in one mixed container.
Home / Private label / Hungary

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
Hungary already has a confectionery industry of its own, and for a plain tablet under your label a domestic producer is usually the shorter route. We are the other route: the lines that industry does not run — pistachio and kadayıf bars, whole-pistachio lokum, chocolate dragées and sugared almonds by colour and calibre, and pistachio spread in jars.
The trade figures point the same way. Turkish chocolate enters Hungary at close to fifteen dollars a kilo, the highest unit value among the leading suppliers, which is another way of saying that what travels this route is speciality rather than volume. An own-brand programme built on that footing starts from the lines the Hungarian shelf does not already carry.
The order of work matters. The Hungarian label content is prepared from our technical data sheet before any artwork goes to print, and the minimum is counted per line rather than per container — so a first own-brand run can sit in the same load as lines in our standard packs.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm what is actually runnable, and what the minimum is per line.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the content in Hungarian from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredients with allergens emphasised, net weight, storage and the manufacturer's details. Your labelling office or your own team signs it off.
- 03
Approval in writing
Nothing goes to print until you approve the artwork in writing. The lead time is counted from the deposit and from that approval, and it is stated in the offer.
- 04
Production and loading
The lines are produced, loaded in one mixed container and photographed with the doors open before departure. The second half of the payment falls due against those photographs.
What to know before the first list.
- Entry and the trade agreement
- Hungary is in the EU and Türkiye is in the customs union with the EU, so processed food of Turkish origin moves on an A.TR movement certificate rather than a free-trade origin proof. The certificate travels with the shipment and the offer names it per line. Rates and lists change; the offer states what applies on the day, and we supply the documents behind it.
- The label is Hungarian
- What goes on the pack is decided by the company that first places the goods on the Hungarian market — that is the importer, not the exporter. We supply the ground for it: our technical data sheet per line, the ingredient list and allergens, net weight, and the customs tariff heading. Your labelling office or your own team writes the Hungarian text from that.
- Who the label names
- The address on the pack is yours, not ours. Certificates — food safety, halal and kosher — are held for our factory; copies are available on request. A line without a certificate is named as such.
- What the jar is called
- Hungarian search splits the jar in two: pisztáciakrém and pisztácia paszta. They are not the same product. What we supply is the spread — sweetened, for the shelf and the breakfast table. The hundred-per-cent unsweetened pastry paste is not part of our standing range; it is sourced on request. We mention the searched name because that is how buyers find it, but the name is corrected in the offer and on the label, because the wrong name brings the wrong buyer and wastes the first sample.
- Coating and what may be called chocolate
- A vegetable-fat glaze may not be labelled chocolate in the EU. Some bars in this style carry a cocoa glaze and some carry real chocolate, and the difference is invisible in a photograph. We state which it is per line and the technical data sheet says so before anything goes to print.
- Halal and kosher
- We name the issuing body and the scheme per line, and the copy is available on request. The certificate is held for our factory. A line without one is named as such rather than covered by a general claim.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of production is the line, not the container, so a mixed load can carry several own-brand lines at modest volumes.
- The label is Hungarian
- Packaged food sold in Hungary carries the mandatory particulars in Hungarian under the EU food information rules. We supply our technical data sheet per line as the ground for it; the company that first places the goods on the market is named on the pack, and that is you.
- Product names
- The name on the pack is checked before printing. A vegetable-fat coating cannot be called chocolate in the EU, and the jar is a spread rather than a pastry paste — Hungarian search uses pisztáciakrém and pisztácia paszta for two different products and the label has to pick the right one.
- Colours and calibres
- Dragées and sugared almonds are ordered by colour and by calibre, and both are confirmed per line before we quote. For favour work the minimum per line is what lets a first order carry three or four colours instead of one.
- Certificates
- Issued for our factory; copies are available on request, together with the analysis report and the technical data sheet.
- Entry
- An A.TR movement certificate under the EU–Türkiye customs union; the offer states the tariff line and what applies on the day, because lists and rates change.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Do you prepare the Hungarian label text?
We prepare the content in Hungarian from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredients with allergens emphasised, net weight, storage and the manufacturer's details. Your labelling office or your own team signs it off, and nothing goes to print without your written approval.
Why go to Türkiye when Hungary has its own industry?
For a plain tablet, usually no reason. For pistachio and kadayıf bars, whole-pistachio lokum, colour-sorted dragées and pistachio spread, the lines are current items in our productions in Gaziantep because the ingredients are made there.
What is the minimum for an own-brand line?
Set per line and stated in the offer. The unit of production is the line, not the container, so a first own-brand run can travel alongside lines in our standard packs.
Can we start with your standard packs and move to our own brand later?
Yes, and most first containers are built that way — our standard packs carry the volume while one or two own-brand lines are proved on the shelf.
How long does it take?
The lead time is stated in the offer, and counted from the deposit and from your written approval of the artwork — not from the first enquiry.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
