Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Icelandic brands
Tablets, bars, chocolate dragées, bulk cartons for the nammibar, gift boxes, lokum boxes and pistachio spread jars made in Gaziantep under your own name, with the label content prepared in Icelandic and the whole range loaded in one mixed container.

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
For an everyday tablet or a line the shelf already knows, an Icelandic maker is the shortest answer, and the names here are strong. If that is the route you are on, we are not pitching against it.
We are the other route: the lines a domestic maker does not run — pistachio and kadayıf bars, chocolate dragées, lokum, coated nuts and bulk cartons for the nammibar — made in Gaziantep under your own name, in one mixed container.
For a market of this size the mixed container is the point: several own-brand lines in modest quantities rather than a pallet of one, on a single EUR.1 and a single clearance.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm what is actually runnable, and what the minimum is per line.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the content in Icelandic from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredients with allergens emphasised, nutrition per 100 g, net quantity — and you place it in your artwork.
- 03
Approval in writing
Nothing goes to print until you approve the artwork in writing. The lead time is counted from the deposit and from that approval, not from the enquiry.
- 04
Production and loading
The lines are produced, loaded in one mixed container and photographed with the doors open before departure.
What to know before the first list.
- Entry and the trade agreement
- Iceland is not in the European Union. It is an EFTA member, so goods from Türkiye move under the Türkiye–EFTA free trade agreement on a EUR.1 movement certificate — an origin proof — and not on the A.TR used into the EU. This is the same footing as Norway and the opposite of Finland or Denmark. The offer states the tariff line and what applies on the day; we do not publish duty figures, because they change.
- The label, and where the rules come from
- Iceland is in the European Economic Area, so the EU food information rules apply here as they do inside the Union: the ingredient list with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity and the best-before date. The mandatory particulars are given in Icelandic. We prepare the content from our technical data sheet; you check it against your artwork and nothing is printed until you approve it in writing.
- Who the label names
- The name and address of the food business operator responsible for the information is the importer's, not ours. The Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority (Matvælastofnun, MAST) supervises food information and imports; the registrations sit with the party established in Iceland.
- Coating and what may be called chocolate
- Under the EEA rules a vegetable-fat coating cannot be labelled chocolate. We state per line whether it is chocolate or a compound coating, and the technical data sheet says so before anything is printed.
- Halal and kosher
- Certificates are held for our factory; copies are available on request. We do not claim a certificate for a line it does not cover.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of production is the line, not the container, so a mixed load can carry several own-brand lines at once — which is what makes own-brand work in a small market.
- The label
- The mandatory particulars are given in Icelandic under the EEA food information rules. The responsible food business operator named on the pack is you, with an Icelandic or EEA address.
- Product names
- The name on the pack is checked before printing. A vegetable-fat coating cannot be called chocolate under the EEA rules, and the pistachio jar is a spread, not a confectioner's paste, however it is searched.
- Certificates
- Issued for our factory; copies are available on request, together with the analysis report and the technical data sheet. We do not publish certificate numbers and we do not claim a certificate for a line it does not cover.
- Entry
- A EUR.1 movement certificate under the Türkiye–EFTA free trade agreement — Iceland is outside the EU customs union, so the A.TR does not apply. The offer states the tariff line and what applies on the day.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Do you prepare the Icelandic label text?
Yes. We prepare the mandatory content in Icelandic from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredient list with allergens emphasised, nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, best-before date — and you place it in your artwork and approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval.
What is the minimum for an own-brand line?
It is set per line and stated in the offer, because the unit of production is the line and not the container. A mixed container can carry several own-brand lines at once, which is how a first own-brand order usually starts in a market this size.
Can we start with your standard packs and move to our own brand later?
That is the usual path. Most lines are available in our standard packs, so a first container can go out with a name the shelf already knows while the artwork and the Icelandic label content are prepared for the own-brand run.
How long does it take?
The lead time is counted from the deposit and from written approval of the artwork, and it is stated in the offer per line. We do not publish a standing figure, because it depends on the line and on our current production.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
