We prepare the label content in Arabic and English from our technical data sheet: ingredients and allergens, the nutrition table, net quantity, storage and best-before wording, and the importer’s details for the Iraqi market.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and the truck
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the truck leaves Gaziantep through Habur, or the container leaves Mersin for Umm Qasr, with the document set and the papers the conformity certificate needs.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- The mandatory information in Arabic, on the pack or on a sticker; Kurdish is added where the distributor wants it. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds. For private label we prepare the label content in Arabic and English from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Conformity certificate
- Food consignments into Iraq carry a certificate of conformity under the Iraqi standards authority’s pre-shipment programme. Its details change; the offer states what applies on the day and which documents we supply for it.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Iraq and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Halal
- Our Halal certificates are issued for our factory and named per line in the offer; copies are available on request.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full truck or container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety and Halal certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch. A visit to our factory in Gaziantep is arranged on request.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork; Ramadan and Eid packs are ordered ahead of the season.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the truck leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full truck or container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the Arabic label?
We prepare the label content in Arabic and English from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork and approve the final version in writing.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Gaziantep is the Turkish city nearest the Iraqi border, and a factory visit is arranged before or after the first order.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
