An Italian brand searching for a produttore conto terzi finds Italian co-packers first, and for a classic Italian tablet that is the right answer: the industry here is old and good at it. We are the other route. We are a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to an Italian port under the EU–Türkiye customs union.
The difference is the range and the origin in one shipment. An Italian brand can launch a pistachio and kadayıf bar made where the pistachio grows, chocolate dragées in its own colours for the candy-bar table, a lokum box and a pistachio spread jar, from our own factory, on one order and one document set. Because Italy is in the EU, the label content is prepared to Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 in Italian and the goods move on an A.TR movement certificate. The question at the end is always the same: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is set per line and stated in the offer.

We prepare the content to Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 in Italian from our technical data sheet: ingredients with allergens indicated, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best-before date, and the name and address of the business placing the product on the market in the EU.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run your lines in our factory; we photograph the load pallet by pallet before the doors close. Your branded goods travel in the same container as the rest of your list, on an A.TR movement certificate.
What to know before the first list.
- Entry and the trade agreement
- Italy is in the EU and Türkiye is in the EU–Türkiye customs union, so processed confectionery under chapters 17 and 18 moves on an A.TR movement certificate rather than a free-trade origin proof. The offer states the tariff line and what applies on the day; rates are not published on this site because they change.
- Label
- An Italian label to Regulation (EU) 1169/2011: the ingredient list with allergens indicated, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best-before date, and the name and address of the business placing the product on the market in the EU. Where a line is a compound coating rather than chocolate, EU rules do not allow it to be called chocolate; the offer says so per line and the name on the pack is checked before anything is printed.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request; a line without a certificate is stated as such rather than covered by a general claim.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container or trailer, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Product names
- The walnut roll is named as a walnut and grape-molasses roll and marked as containing no meat. Pistachio jars are named as a spread; the industrial paste is named as pasta di pistacchio, and the two are distinguished on the offer.
- Chocolate or compound
- Compound-coated lines — the Dubai-style and cotton-candy bars — cannot be labelled as chocolate in the EU; we prepare the label content accordingly and the offer states per line which it is.
- Origin
- Our pistachio is Gaziantep pistachio, named as such on the technical data sheet. It is not Bronte and the label never suggests it is; a PDO declaration would have to come from a Sicilian supplier.
- Artwork approval
- Artwork is approved in writing before printing. The buyer is responsible for its brand and trademarks and for the artwork it approves.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.

Yes, as one of our core services, in the formats shown on this page. Artwork is approved in writing before anything is printed, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer.
Who prepares the Italian label content?
We do, from our technical data sheet, to Regulation (EU) 1169/2011: ingredients with allergens indicated, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best-before date, and the name and address of the business placing the product on the market in the EU. You place it in your artwork and approve the final version in writing.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container or trailer. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not have to be one product in bulk.
Does an own-brand line change the paperwork at the Italian border?
No. The goods still move on an A.TR movement certificate inside the EU–Türkiye customs union; what changes is the pack. The importer named on the label is the business responsible for the product on the EU market.
What is the minimum order?
One full container, 20 ft or 40 ft, or one full trailer, mixed across as many lines as you like. The minimum per line is stated in the offer.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
