Chocolate tablet, chocolate bar, dragée doypack, children’s chocolate and pistachio spread packs carrying a private-label front
The other route

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.

A Kenyan distributor or a supermarket group that searches for a private label chocolate manufacturer usually wants a line for the duka shelf under its own name, a wafer or a wrapped bar that tolerates the heat and sells on price, and a line for the supermarket chiller, a tablet or a gift box. We are the route for both: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to Mombasa with the conformity certificate.

The difference is the range and the origin in one shipment. A Kenyan brand can launch a wafer and a wrapped bar for the everyday shelf, a pistachio tablet for the chiller, dragées and a Turkish delight box together, from our own factory, on one order and one set of documents, with the inspection covering every line. The question at the end is the same: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is in the offer.

Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.

How it works

Nothing printed before you approve.

  1. 01

    Lines and formats

You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you have in mind.

  2. 02

    Label content

We prepare the label content in English, with Swahili alongside if you want it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the importer’s name and address, with the space for the standards mark. The data comes from our technical data sheet.

  3. 03

    Artwork

You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

  4. 04

    Inspection, production and shipping

We run the line, the appointed agency inspects before shipment and issues the certificate of conformity, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set for the Kenyan entry.

The honest part

What to know before the first list.

Pre-shipment conformity and the standards mark
Kenya asks for a certificate of conformity issued before shipment by the inspection agency appointed for Türkiye, and for the standards mark for imported goods on products sold in the country. The importer holds the import declaration and the mark; we arrange the pre-shipment inspection with the agency, and the offer states what the inspection needs per line and what it costs, so nothing is loaded that cannot clear.
Label
An English label, with Swahili alongside if you want it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the name and address of the importer. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack carries; for private label we prepare the label content and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
Customs
Kenya applies the East African common external tariff and there is no free trade agreement between Kenya and Türkiye; the offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order. Our certificates and the analysis report travel with the container.
Minimums
Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
Conformity
The pre-shipment inspection and the certificate of conformity cover own-brand lines like any other; the offer states what the inspection needs per line and what it costs.
Certificates
Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
Samples
Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
Lead time
Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork, with the inspection inside it.
Currency and payment
Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.
Questions

Asked by brands first.

Are you the manufacturer?

Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.

Can we start with one product?

The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.

Who prepares the label?

We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet in English and Swahili; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details and the space for the standards mark, and approve the final version in writing.

Chocolate or compound for our brand?

That depends on the shelf. A duka shelf with no cooling asks for a compound-coated line; a supermarket chiller takes chocolate in a reefer. The offer states which is which per line, and both can travel in one container.

Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?

Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
