Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
Most of the Moldovan shelf is filled from the east, at a price a Gaziantep producer is not trying to match. If what you need is an everyday tablet at the lowest possible cost, that is not this offer.
We are the other route: the lines neither the domestic industry nor the eastern suppliers run — pistachio and kadayıf bars, chocolate dragées and sugared almonds, rahat turcesc, and bulk cartons for the angro trade — made in Gaziantep under your own name, in one mixed container.
The order of work matters. The Romanian label content is prepared from our technical data sheet before any artwork goes to print, and the entry runs on a EUR.1 rather than the A.TR used next door in Romania.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm what is actually runnable, and what the minimum is per line.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the content in Romanian from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredients with allergens, nutrition, net quantity — and you place it in your artwork. Russian alongside it is your decision.
- 03
Approval in writing
Nothing goes to print until you approve the artwork in writing. The lead time is counted from the deposit and from that approval, not from the enquiry.
- 04
Production and loading
The lines are produced, loaded in one mixed container and photographed with the doors open before departure.
What to know before the first list.
- Entry: a EUR.1, not an A.TR
- This is the point that most often goes wrong, because the neighbour next door works differently. Moldova is not in the European Union and not in the EU–Türkiye customs union, so the A.TR movement certificate used into Romania does not apply. Goods move under the Türkiye–Moldova free trade agreement on a EUR.1 movement certificate, which is an origin proof rather than a free-circulation document. The offer states the tariff line and the basis on which preferential treatment is claimed; we do not publish duty figures, because they change.
- The label is Romanian
- The mandatory particulars are given in Romanian, the state language: the food name, the ingredient list with allergens, the nutrition declaration, net quantity and the date of minimum durability. Many packs on the Moldovan shelf carry Russian alongside it; that is the importer's decision and we prepare whichever version you ask for, from our technical data sheet.
- Who the label names
- The name and address of the business responsible for the food information is the importer's, not ours. The National Food Safety Agency (ANSA) supervises food safety and the Customs Service handles the entry; the registrations sit with the party established in Moldova. What comes from our side feeds that file: the technical data sheet per product, copies of our certificates, lot traceability.
- Coating and what the name may say
- Several Dubai-style bars are coated with a compound rather than chocolate. We state per line which each is, and the technical data sheet says so before anything is printed; your broker confirms how the food name has to read for the Moldovan market.
- Halal and kosher
- Certificates are held for our factory; copies are available on request. We do not claim a certificate for a line it does not cover.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of production is the line, not the container, so a mixed load can carry several own-brand lines at once.
- Entry is a EUR.1
- Moldova is outside the EU and outside the EU–Türkiye customs union: goods move under the Türkiye–Moldova free trade agreement on a EUR.1 movement certificate, not on the A.TR used into Romania. The offer states the tariff line and what applies on the day.
- The label is Romanian
- The mandatory particulars are given in Romanian, the state language, and many Moldovan packs carry Russian alongside it. We prepare either version from our data sheet; the business named on the pack is you.
- Product names
- The name on the pack is checked before printing. Several Dubai-style bars are compound-coated rather than chocolate and we say so per line, and the pistachio jar is a spread, not a confectioner's paste, however it is searched.
- Certificates
- Issued for our factory; copies are available on request, together with the analysis report and the technical data sheet. We do not publish certificate numbers and we do not claim a certificate for a line it does not cover.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Do you prepare the Romanian label text?
Yes. We prepare the mandatory content in Romanian from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredient list with allergens, nutrition declaration, net quantity, date of minimum durability — and you place it in your artwork and approve it in writing. Russian alongside it is your decision.
Which document does the shipment travel on?
A EUR.1 movement certificate under the Türkiye–Moldova free trade agreement. The A.TR used into EU member states does not apply here, because Moldova is outside the customs union.
What is the minimum for an own-brand line?
It is set per line and stated in the offer, because the unit of production is the line and not the container. A mixed container can carry several own-brand lines at once, which is how a first own-brand order usually starts.
Can we start with your standard packs and move to our own brand later?
That is the usual path. Most lines are available in our standard packs, so a first container can go out with a name the shelf already knows while the artwork and the Romanian label content are prepared for the own-brand run.
How long does it take?
The lead time is counted from the deposit and from written approval of the artwork, and it is stated in the offer per line. We do not publish a standing figure, because it depends on the line and on our current production.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
