Private label chocolate and confectionery from Gaziantep, under a Namibian brand
Tablets, bars, dragées, printed gift boxes, Turkish delight and spreads in jars, made in Gaziantep and packed under your own name. Label content is built in English from our technical data sheet, your artwork is read against it, and the press does not run until you have approved the file in writing.

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
When most of a shelf arrives from one neighbour in packs any competitor can order just as easily, a distributor is spending its own money to build somebody else's name. You hold the stock, you carry the debtor, you take the risk — and the brand the shopper remembers belongs to a factory over the border. An own-label run is one way out of that arrangement, and it does not ask you to build a factory: the same categories, made in our factory in Gaziantep, in a wrapper carrying your name and a barcode you control, ordered on your decision rather than on a regional warehouse's release schedule.
We are the manufacturer and exporter. Our factory is in Gaziantep; we book the run, build the label content, inspect the lot before packing, consolidate the pallets and load a container that can carry your own-label lines alongside standard-pack ones. Yours to decide are the line, the format, the case weight, the label and the minimum, and each of those is written into the offer before anything is manufactured. Because this market is reached by sea, the offer also names the port of entry, the delivery term and whoever carries any onward leg.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.

Lines, formats and case weights
You pick the lines off the product pages and tell us the pack format you have in mind. We check which of them can run under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you are aiming at. Whatever we cannot confirm is left out of the offer instead of being promised into it.
- 02
Label content in English
We build the content from our technical data sheet: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage conditions, the importer's name and address, and the fields for the production and expiry dates we print on the pack. Every figure on that label comes off the data sheet, not out of our heads.
- 03
Artwork and approval
You send artwork; we read it against the label content and against what the pack can physically hold — panel sizes, barcode placement, the window left clear for the date code — and you sign off the final file in writing. Nothing goes to press before that sign-off, and the approved file is what we run.
- 04
Production, loading and arrival
We run the line, we inspect the lot before packing, consolidate and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves: a reefer for chocolate lines through the warm months, dry for Turkish delight, dragées and jellies. The offer names the port of entry, the delivery term and any onward leg alongside the document set for entry and whichever certificates apply per line.
What to know before the first list.
- Label, in English
- English does the work on the pack: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage conditions, the importer's name and address, and the date marking. On lines in our standard packs we check what the export pack already carries before it ships; on own-label lines we build the content out of our technical data sheet and read your artwork against it before any plate is made. One rule we will not bend: where the coating is vegetable fat, the line is called a compound or a glaze — on the data sheet, on the pack, in the price list — and never chocolate. The European Union forbids the word outright on such a coating, and we hold the two apart on every route for the plainer reason as well: a shopper who learns the difference at the shelf learns it too late, and so does whoever stocked it.
- The customs file, and what the importer holds
- Which origin document travels with the goods, and which rules bite on arrival, go into the offer as they stand on the day rather than being guessed at here. Preference arrangements and duty treatment move; a figure printed on a web page would be stale long before it was any use, and it is your clearing agent who confirms the position for the consignment actually in front of them. What comes from our side is fixed: a technical data sheet per product, our certificates, an analysis report per line. Certificates — food safety, halal and kosher — are held for our factory, and we name the certifying body. Registration as an importer, and entry of the consignment, stay with you.
- Minimums
- Fixed per line and written into the offer, because a printed tablet, a dragée colour and a boxed Turkish delight do not share a single figure. The unit of sale is one full container, and own-label lines can travel with lines in our standard packs so that a first run is not forced to fill the box by itself.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety, halal and kosher certificates. We name the holder and the certifying body per line and copies are available on request. We issue no certificates ourselves, and we will not describe a document we have not seen.
- Samples
- Free from our running production; the courier is yours, paid before dispatch. Samples come off the line that is running, so what you taste is what a run would make.
- Lead time
- Quoted per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork, not from the first enquiry. Printed packaging usually sets the pace, which is why the artwork step is closed out before production is booked.
- What the label may not say
- A vegetable-fat coating is a compound or a glaze and gets labelled as one; the European Union does not permit it to be called chocolate at all, and we keep to the same line wherever the container is going. We will not print chocolate on a pack that is not chocolate, whatever the brief asks for, and it is the single point on which we will hold up an artwork approval.
- Brand and artwork
- Your brand and your artwork remain yours. We run what you approved, the packaging is printed against your order, and we do not carry your artwork or your product brief to another buyer.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars. Bank transfer: a deposit against the order and the balance before the container leaves, released on the loading photographs. The split, the banking route and the document set are written into the offer and agreed before production is booked.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Why put our own brand on it in a market this size?
Because the shelf is concentrated and the packs filling it are available to everyone. When most of a range arrives from one source in identical cartons, price is the only thing left to compete on, and the shop down the road is importing that same carton. A pack in your name is the part of the range a rival cannot import around, and it is what decides whether the reorder comes back to you or goes wherever the price was lower that month.
Who prepares the label?
We build the content in English from our technical data sheet. You drop it into your artwork, add the importer's details, and approve the final version in writing before anything goes to press.
What is the minimum?
We fix it per line and it goes into the offer, because it differs between a printed tablet, a dragée colour and a boxed Turkish delight. No single figure is published on this page, since a number that is wrong for your line is worse than no number at all.
Can you match a format we already sell — a filled bar, or an eclair-style toffee?
Sometimes, and we check instead of assuming. Give us the filling, the piece or bar weight, the wrap and the case pack, and we will confirm which Gaziantep line comes nearest and whether it can run under your brand. If none can, we say so and source it on request instead.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
